Famous romance writer, Kim Green went to Ireland with her two cousins to research the setting of her new book and have some quality girl bonding fun. She’s in the business of writing about love. She didn’t expect it find her on the street in a sleep Irish town with a sexy, “I want to drown in your chocolate eyes” pub owner.

Duncan Murphy never believed in the old family legend. The idea a trapped mermaid granted his family the ability to recognize their one true love was absurd to him until he spots a sexy American across the street from his pub. Something deep within him recognized her as his other half

They’re drawn together in an explosive first encounter. Life is blissful until a misunderstanding threatens to tear them apart. Is their fragile newfound romance something legends are made of or the misguided belief in an ancient fantasy?

Review:
I have to admit, I have a passion for all things English, Irish and Scottish. When I seen this title I was like – MINE!!

Kim is on a working vacation. She is traveling Ireland and doing research on the land, people and history. After too much time with her cousins shopping, she decides it’s time for some alone time and heads out to explore. She never expected what she found.

Way, way, way back when, Duncan’s grandfather saved a mermaid and was granted a great boon, the ability to recognize the love of your life. While as a child he loved to hear the tale repeated, but as a grown man, he doesn’t have time for fantasy, he has a pub to run. That all changed the moment he sees a woman across the street. A woman he is instantly attracted to.

While both went into this relationship hesitantly, it didn’t take long for things to change. Their passion was explosive and very steamy. Both characters ventured outside of their comfort zones and it was fun to experience it with them.

While this is a good story, the misunderstanding just didn’t seem that dire to me as the blurb indicated. I was expecting an “oh my goodness” moment, that was never delivered. The rest of the story is enchanting and this is one short story I wish would have been longer. I could see myself enjoying more moments with these two characters.

Irish Rising is a quick entertaining escape. If you want a touch of Irish, Duncan is your man and Irish Rising the book to read.

Karine and her stepdad, Martin, are regularly playing sex games. This time, another character wants to join in. Who is it and will Karine accept a threesome?

Review:
Even though the content is a little dubious, the story is in fact well written. This is a highly erotic book and very short. Only twelve pages long and so there is no real basic plot other than getting down to the sex.
Be warned: What are Daughter for 2 does contain daddy references that my offend some readers.
I wouldn't go for this thing usually and I probably won't again however, Ana Star has created a quick short read that can give readers an idea on whether they will like this genre

Bullrider and all around hunk, Mitchell Sorenson is seeing stars and not the good kind. After taking a hoof to the skull from a randy bull, he wakes up in the back of an ambulance to the most amazing set of blue eyes he's ever seen.
Kyle Matthews is a huge fan so when he'd working his shift as a paramedic during the rodeo and has to care for his bullriding idol, he's in awe. Training kicks in when Mitchell is disoriented, but can he put aside his own feelings for the sexy bullrider to tend to his wounds?
Can two ships passing in the night find love in the arena of the local rodeo?

Review:
Alexander has written a fabulous story of two men brought together when they least expected it. Mitchell, the bull-rider, and Kyle, the paramedic, who helped him after a concussion is well-written and a complete love story from the get-go.

The story plays out well, slow and easy but yet at the perfect pace to keep my interest. She did a fabulous job creating each character, their pasts and then entwines them together with a simple offering from Kyle for Mitchell to use his washer/dryer- what a sly move! Like most ladies, we all have a craving for cowboys, I am no exception and Alexander has sold me on her writing style. I did have a few chuckles throughout the story (when the nurse ripped off Mitchell's bandages and tape*ouch* and when the guys were sitting around drinking beer after their first session fo making love and Kyle blatantly says, so what happens next?" I laughed out loud. Such a simple question but it tickled me.

Alexander, a new author to me, spoke to me in her dialogue between the two men. I look forward to finding more of Alexander's work in the near future- she is one author to watch.

Tanwen Evans has traveled to the Sodom Virtual Reality Resort to re-find her passion. Her twenty-year marriage to her high school sweetheart has recently ended, and with both of her children out of the house she's herself alone for the first time in her adult life. Unwilling to trust her heart to another man, she believes that indulging in some racy virtual reality fantasies will help her find her long-buried sexual side without the messy complications of a relationship. When she arrives at Sodom she discovers she has been booked during the annual ‘Leather Kiss’ BDSM convention.

Bryan Hamilton just needs to exercise his Mastery, but when runs into Tanwen all of his plans change. With her gentle disposition and her ladylike manners she calls to him like no woman has since the death of his wife. He discovers that she is a natural submissive and begins a campaign to win her heart, which includes joining her in a series of mind-blowing VR adventures.

Tanwen fights her growing attraction to the handsome Master who is supposed to be just a vacation fling. She has to decide what’s more important -- protecting her heart or taking a chance on the kind of love she’s always dreamed about.

Review:
To kill and maim your best friend or not, that is the question. Tanwen walks into a whole new world the moment she sets foot into the Sodom Virtual Reality Resort in Detroit. A vacation her so called friend set up for her. She will never trust her friend again!

Tanwen needs a kick in the butt. She is recently divorced and needs to start her love life over. After several failed attempts her best friend takes matters into her own hands and sends her to Sodom, unknown to Tanwen, during a BDSM convention. Things are about to get very kinky.

Bryan is a man that has lost his heart. He is unable to recapture the flame and really has no desire to. From the moment he meets Tanwen, his interest is sparked. Then after he inadvertently reads her “grocery list”, he plans to make her dreams become more then virtual reality, but the real thing.

During every virtual reality session, Tanwen is learning new and exciting things. She thinks she is protected from falling for Bryan, considering they live miles apart and this is just a weekend fling. The problem is as they delve into make-believe; their hearts don’t know the difference. Passion is all around them, but are they brave enough to let go of the past and take a chance?

Ann Mayburn does it again with a book that sizzles up the pages and captures your imagination. She takes you into the world of virtual reality, making you wish you could book your own trip to Sodom Virtual Reality Resort.

The scenes were fresh and new. She has taken the imaginative virtual reality world and applied it to BDSM for refreshingly new experiences. I’d be either frightened or excited if she was the programmer for my fantasies. Well done. You will have to read to see what I mean.

I also want to give high praises to Ms. Mayburn for the execution of the public exhibition scene. This was a first for me and the message was well done. Major kudos to you!

I do have to say I have one complaint and it has nothing at all to do with the story or the author. The cover really bothers me. I know it has no bearing on the story, but darn it publishers, know the story you are doing cover art for. This story is about two 40ish people. There is no way that the two people on the cover are mature adults. Heck, they are barely out of diapers. Ok, enough about my petty complaints.

This is a fun series and a nice change of pace. Sodom and the Phoenix is mucho hot, but tender. That is quite a tantalizing combination. You will never look at fantasies the same way after you experience this whole new world of virtual reality.

While at a kennel purchasing guard dogs, Valor discovers a shifter who pleads for release. Intrigued, the master vampire pays to free the werehound, unaware his moment of compassion will change his life.

Caden's goal is to get as far away from the area as possible. His brother's pack beat him and left him for dead, and he needs to put distance between them before Jameson realizes he's still alive and comes after him again. Little does he realize the vampire who freed him has other intentions.

Review:
Valor has taken the unusual task for someone in his position of finding his own guard dogs. Valor is a two-thousand-year-old master vampire whose duty is to protect his tribe; however, because of increased danger from the hunters Valor wants to ensure the tribe’s safety. While at the pound, he stumbles across a werehound in shifted form. Valor doesn’t realize that saving the spoiled shifter is going to change is life.
Caden and Valor have a dynamic relationship. It was amazing the calming effect Caden had on Valor from their first meeting. While Caden was more than capable of taking care of himself, Valor felt it was his duty to do so and made no bones about it. I also loved that like any good alpha male, Valor was highly possessive of Caden. I was pleasantly surprised by the tribe member who had it in for Valor. I can honestly say I didn’t see that one coming.
Saving Valor is an enjoyable read that’s full of action and a sweet romance. It is definitely worth taking the time to read.Saving Valor is the first book in the Fanged Love series.

A CinderFella story--it's all fun and games until somebody loses a shoe...

Eldon Cinder would give anything to see Prince Xavier one last time, but only women are invited to the royal ball. When the local witch offers to make Eldon female for just one night, he agrees.

One spell. One night. One dance.

What could possibly go wrong?

Review:
Eldon Cinder was the only child of a beautiful maiden and a handsome knight. His parents were killed in a fire leaving Eldon at the mercy of his Aunt Deirdre. Since Eldon is perceived as a burden, he isn’t treated as a member of the family. While Eldon takes this in stride, his fortunes are destined to change when he meets the man of his dreams.
Prince Xavier is being forced to marry in order to be named Crown Prince. If he does not take a bride within two weeks, he will be forced to give up every thing. This poses all sorts of problems, especially since he doesn’t want a bride. When he meets a remarkable girl at the ball for all of the town’s eligible ladies, he thinks his luck has changed. He can’t help but think that she reminds him of someone he knows and cares a great deal for.
I love stories based on fairy tales I especially loved Cinder. It reminds me so much of the movieEver After, which is my favorite Cinderella based movie. Eldon and Xavier were perfect for one another. Xavier was looking for someone who wanted “Xavier” and not the “Prince.”While Eldon didn’t have any real expectations, the reader is left feeling that he did want to be loved and accepted. Both men valued the friendship that they built in the days leading up to the ball and their time spent together meant the world to them.
Cinder was a sweet read. If you’re looking for a different twist on a classic fairy tale, look no further than Marie Sexton’s Cinder.

Lucie’s contract with the museum she works at is coming to an end. In order for her to get a promotion she must accept the indecent condition the client has set for her. What is the condition and will she accept?

Review:
While I understand this is only a 15-page short erotic novel, I have to say the pace was TOO fast- too many loopholes were evident. The proposition is made and then the financial aspects of the need for money come into play. This topic should have been stated before, if for any reason to make the story more believable and smooth.
Choppy dialogue and not enough feelings shared between Lucie and Mr. Vines left me craving more of a connection and perhaps even a realistic story line.
No obvious connection is made with the slight explanation from Mr. Vines that Lucie reminded him of his deceased wife- morbid but true. Not enough there to base a story on. Maybe if another 20 pages of storyline and dialogue were added this book would have had a chance of survival.

Brit is just a normal, college professor, until she goes shopping for her Christmas Tree and bumps into Isaac - a much-too-hot macho man with a secret lying just under his skin.

Warning: This 5500 word story contains hot consensual sex, and a wild science fiction/fantasy scene. May be too hot to for the weak of heart! **Not intended for audiences under 18.**

Review:
Fast paced... hot... the ultimate PDA... a binding moment for Brit and Isaac. Fuchs-Carter takes these elements and combines them for one power house punch of sexy quickie.
While the story started out delving into Brit's life, it stopped once she met Isaac. The attraction evident...as Isaac was literally on the prowl for Brit. Fuchs-Carter is vivid with scenes, her writing style direct and to the point and if you're looking for a fast in-your-face sex fulled love story then this short is worth it. Seven pages of WOW-factor and HEA for those looking for one. I just wish it had been longer and that the author would have expanded on the love.
