Can she settle for just a little fun?

Every Tuesday and Thursday morning Adam stops by Amy's bakery for one of her delicious muffins…and a little flirting. When he finally asks her out, Amy is thrilled.

Adam informs her from the beginning that he isn't looking for anything serious. Just a little fun. Amy agrees, even though she isn't entirely sure that's what she wants.

She does her best to play it cool, but Adam is sending so many mixed signals he's confusing her, which she finds incredibly frustrating.

Adam is terrified by the feelings he's developing for Amy. It would be so much easier if he just backed away from her. Then there's his sister, who is insisting that Amy is not the right girl for him.

Will Adam be able to figure out what his heart desires before it's too late and he loses his chance at true happiness?

Content Warning: explicit sex

Brynn's Review:
This was the first read by Wolfe that I have had the pleasure of reading and I can guarantee, it will NOT be the last. I love the premise of the story, the characters and, just everything.

The way Wolfe builds up the romance, well- the let's have fun romance, between Amy and Adam had me smiling, wanting more and totally in love with their blossoming love. Tuesday and Thursday light flirting turns into more than Adam bargained for and, poor Amy- poor, poor Amy is not sure what to think. Have fun with Adam? Oh yes she did, but yet, he's wanting more- or at least giving her the indication he wants more. What's a girl to do? I have to admit, I literally laughed out loud when Adam first exposed 'himself' to Amy. Her response of "God, you're big"...I couldn't help myself. She is every man's dream woman just by declaring those three words.

I can't say enough posivitve about Wolfe's writing style, character connection and the way she entwined Adam and Amy's lives. I highly recommend this book to all lovers of romance who are looking to lose themselves in an afternoon of love and fun.

Can a pair of vibrating panties help Melodie find the man of her dreams?

A matchmaking party was not Melodie's idea of fun, and wearing vibrating panties was just plain weird. Or was it? Should she go to the party? After all, she just might meet Mr. Right. And if he doesn't show, she has the vibrating panties to keep things interesting.

Brynn's Review:
Sheridan's naughty librarian Melodie is a wild cat in disguise in this fabulous short erotic novel. Add in Melodie's quirky friend Trudy and you have a powerful duo. But wait! Don't forget the pair of vibrating panties! LOVED this part of the story!

Move to the party and Tad, who has the remote to her special panties. WOW!

Sheridan's dialogue is well written and I love how she describes Melodie's last experience with a man going down on her. "Hot pleasure, like molten lava"... another WOW factor. The way Sheridan builds the story line, gives life to the characters and creates such a believable love is well done. I actuall y laughed out loud with the referral to Melodie's outcry from her LOUD orgasm and the library board. Kudos to Sheridan for that touch of humor.

This was the first book by Sheridan that I have had the pleasure of reading- and I can guarantee I will be seeking out more. This is a definite fast-paced read I would recommend.

Bullrider and all around hunk, Mitchell Sorenson is seeing stars and not the good kind. After taking a hoof to the skull from a randy bull, he wakes up in the back of an ambulance to the most amazing set of blue eyes he's ever seen.
Kyle Matthews is a huge fan so when he'd working his shift as a paramedic during the rodeo and has to care for his bullriding idol, he's in awe. Training kicks in when Mitchell is disoriented, but can he put aside his own feelings for the sexy bullrider to tend to his wounds?
Can two ships passing in the night find love in the arena of the local rodeo?

Review:
Alexander has written a fabulous story of two men brought together when they least expected it. Mitchell, the bull-rider, and Kyle, the paramedic, who helped him after a concussion is well-written and a complete love story from the get-go.

The story plays out well, slow and easy but yet at the perfect pace to keep my interest. She did a fabulous job creating each character, their pasts and then entwines them together with a simple offering from Kyle for Mitchell to use his washer/dryer- what a sly move! Like most ladies, we all have a craving for cowboys, I am no exception and Alexander has sold me on her writing style. I did have a few chuckles throughout the story (when the nurse ripped off Mitchell's bandages and tape*ouch* and when the guys were sitting around drinking beer after their first session fo making love and Kyle blatantly says, so what happens next?" I laughed out loud. Such a simple question but it tickled me.

Alexander, a new author to me, spoke to me in her dialogue between the two men. I look forward to finding more of Alexander's work in the near future- she is one author to watch.

Brit is just a normal, college professor, until she goes shopping for her Christmas Tree and bumps into Isaac - a much-too-hot macho man with a secret lying just under his skin.

Warning: This 5500 word story contains hot consensual sex, and a wild science fiction/fantasy scene. May be too hot to for the weak of heart! **Not intended for audiences under 18.**

Review:
Fast paced... hot... the ultimate PDA... a binding moment for Brit and Isaac. Fuchs-Carter takes these elements and combines them for one power house punch of sexy quickie.
While the story started out delving into Brit's life, it stopped once she met Isaac. The attraction evident...as Isaac was literally on the prowl for Brit. Fuchs-Carter is vivid with scenes, her writing style direct and to the point and if you're looking for a fast in-your-face sex fulled love story then this short is worth it. Seven pages of WOW-factor and HEA for those looking for one. I just wish it had been longer and that the author would have expanded on the love.

Do younger men treat a woman better? At least that is what Karen Wild is about to find out. This forty years old, divorced mother of two children is about to find out what being a cougar is all about. She believed she could battle anything that came her way...that is until Nick Marshall entered her life.

She never anticipated Nick, thirteen years her junior, being interested in her. He’s hot and he wants Karen all to himself.

Join this cougar as she learns to accept her sexuality and finally learns what it means to love and how a younger man can melt the years away.

Review:
Crescent does it again... this is the second of Crescent's books I have had the pleasure of reading recently and I have to say, she out-did herself on this cougar-esque love story. Young Nick and Karen Wild weren't expecting what they encountered at the office (don't we all wish we could have such an office romance that flourishes into more).

Crescent has Nick's, blunt and to t he point, attitude and sexual cravings of Karen down to a T. I love how she develops the characters, grows their attraction and eventually, slams them together.  *Claps hands* Love those kind of moments.

Crescent's writing style carries through on this novel (as she really hooked me in on one of her earlier writings). The tenderness (in his own way) that Nick shows his pre-love for Karen is found in his dislike for Karen's ex-husband and the way he treated her. Every woman needs a man like Nick (for ego boosts and...*cough* everything else*.

I look forward to more books by Crescent as she never ceases to amaze me with her storytelling abilities. I definitely recommend A Wild Older Woman to the ladies looking for a fast paced love story, and to show, older woman are HOT.

Damien Dracon is back in Devon Falls, and he is about to woo the one lady he left three years ago. Family secrets and youthful pride forced him to give up the one good thing in his life: the love of Alicia Stevens. What he doesn't expect is that Alicia has a secret of her own, and it may just tear them apart.

Can two former lovers find it in themselves to forgive one another and let love grow between them? Or will past secrets haunt them and tear them apart?

Review:
Damien and Alicia are both dealing with broken hearts and the loss of their infant daughter, in their own ways. Delight adds such a tremendous style to bring the reader into the story and feel for each of their pains and sufferings. Empathy, sympathy and heartbreak can be felt.

I have read all of these Devon Falls books by Delight and I have to say, as each one moves to a new couple in town... Delight strengthens the bond of love with each person. I completely adore the characters, their connections and the way Delight entwines Damien and Alicia by having such a tight connection from their past. The brooding Damien and sweet Alicia, deserve their story to be told and Delight does a magnificent job of doing it.

I look forward to the fourth installment of the Devon Falls series and hope Delight plans on continuing the series further. This book can be a stand alone but I recommend any lover of romance to start from the beginning and fall in love with Devon Falls and its residents as I have.

Left alone and desolate the day before Valentine's Day, Kevin's bad luck at love has just struck again. Deserted at the boarding gate by the man he thought was his lifetime partner, his struggling self-esteem takes a low blow for the worst. Overcome by grief in the unlikeliest of places, his moment of tears and sadness is interrupted by “Mr. Tall, Dark & Handsome.”

Consumed by sudden passion born of desperation and desire, his chance meeting with the intriguing man breathes hope into his shattered dreams. Seared inside and out by the heat of his lover’s haunting blue eyes, their hot one-night stand could be the true love he’s searched a lifetime for. Or he may be destined to live an empty life without the one thing his heart desires. Only time will tell, in Broken Hearts & Candy Kisses.

Review:
Hunt really makes you feel for Kevin- the broken heart from the first sentence of this novel- you can empathize with him. The emotions are spelled out so quick, you can't help but grasp the heartbreak.

Then in the middle of LAX... in walks Brett.- his Knight in Shining Armor comes to the rescue.

While this is a fast-paced novel, Hunt captures tenderness, compassion and... love. Her writing style is fabulous, creative and one to watch in the future. I can see Hunt going places in the industry. She has a talent for weaving believable character connection, story lines and dialogue.
While Kevin is expecting a one-night, pick up in the bar kind of sex affair to drown his broken heart, Brett has something else in mind. Do not miss this one! A definite keeper!

Can an online hook up turn into something more?

Find out as one gay male runs into novices online and helps initiate them into male on male sex in sexy detail

Review:
Sheridan describes a relationship evolving from a simple conversation about opera online. Ryan, the recipient of the story-tellers' (first person written) tale, wasn't sure if he was gay, bi or neither. But once in the bedroom, Ryan proved himself.
The innuendos, the comparisons and Ryan's exclamation as soon as the deed was done (Can we exchange hotmails?) made me chuckle. This is a light-hearted M/M romance...then you add in Kevin. Another conquer of the story-teller.
Sheridan has a way of telling a story... developing a slight connection and even making the scenes vivid, descriptive and fun. This is a short and fast paced novel with many elements to make a successful read. I thoroughly enjoyed the novel and look forward to more writings of Sheridan.

Did you ever do anything in college that was considered “outrageous” by your friends? Have one amazing night with a sex god only to never see him again? Play naughty sorority games that left you breathless and yet sexually satisfied? Or did you perhaps want to join your roommate in a naughty ménage a trois?

Campus Sexploits is the first book in a series of anthologies all about the fantasy fun days of youth. Four naughty college/university themed erotic short stories to tantalize and tease the senses while giving readers a little taste of the wickedly erotic worlds these four fantastic authors can weave. Worlds of incredible earth shattering sexual freedom involving college or university students and the sexual antics they participate in. Worlds you can just feel yourself fall into...

Review:
While I am a hard one to impress when it comes to sexual exploration and unusual sexual situations, this collection of short stories had me hooked.
The first short in this anthology by Abby Hayes had me smiling as I read the antics of Sarah, Gwen and the Professor. Hayes builds characters with meaning, substance and a great little tell-all college sexual experience. Kudos to her for making me smile.
CM Owens continues with another delightful short with Lucy and Rob. The dialogue kept me interested while the story line was fast paced and enjoyable. This is the first I have read of Owens, and I look forward to finding more writings. As Rob downed his scotch before Lucy lead him upstairs to show him something, I felt tingles with anticipation. Great job!
Let's not forget Willow Leigh and JT Seate's contributions to this anthology. This was a fabulous collection of new authors shining bright. While there were some slight POV issues, they were easily worked through and did not take away from the stories.

The very last thing Ashlee expected was to meet a hot, younger guy Nick, at her boyfriend’s funeral. The tall, soft-spoken man comforted her with stories of her boyfriend since he studied under him. Grateful for Nick’s help and the shared connection they both shared with the deceased, they kept in contact.

Ashlee managed to ignore his hints for drinks and meetings putting it down to politeness. He felt sorry for her. There was no way he could be interested in a woman at least a decade older than him. That was until her work posse caught scent of the story and urged her to give the man a chance. Ashlee knew she had to be the most reluctant cougar in the history of womankind, but what did she have to lose?

Review:
Hot Flash to say the least- Wyatt produces and creates such a believable
The humor, forget the fact that Ashlee meets Nick... at a funeral- that in itself is...a WOW moment but Wyatt knows how to bring the characters to life. This cougar tale had me wanting so much more of Wyatt's writings, I will be looking for more in the future from her.
The dialogue and Ashlee's forwardness (you could warm me up- love it) throughout the story had me rooting for her and the love they shared. The tenderness, yet the hot sex scenes, are ones many women crave and Wyatt pinned the emotions perfectly.
I applaud Wyatt's well received story and am in search of more cougar stories- gotta love those women and the men they adore!

Christmas time if filled with possibilities, with love and laughter. For Ryan all he ever wanted was the love of Jemma Stein. The problem, Jemma was the wife of his best friend who was more like a brother to him, Simon.

Jemma is now a widower, with three children and the help of Ryan to keep her going. In the privacy of her own mind she allows herself to fantasise about a life with Ryan. But it could never be. How could she move on and love her dead husband’s best friend?

The discovery of Simon’s diary is about to change everything for Ryan.

Review:
Crescent packs a powerful punch with Ryan's Christmas Miracle. The tenderness and deep connection she creates between widower Jemma and Ryan, her deceased husband's best friend- let's just say I sighed effortlessly through this story.

Holiday reads are special and touching to my heart and Crescent definitely reached my emotional state of mind. From the way Ryan waits patiently for the only woman (Jemma) he's ever loved to the way Jemma does her soul searching, with the help of her deceased husband's journal.

I didn't want this holiday celebration of love and affection to end. Congratulations to Crescent for making me believe in waiting for the love of a lifetime and for allowing some holiday magic into my world, even if for only one afternoon.

Adam and Devon are best friends and they share more than friendship. They both want a chance at the deceptively innocent looking college coed Felicity Jones. As college buddies they’re used to working together and once they focus their efforts on Felicity the outcome is assured. Although highly erotic the love scenes are also playful reflecting the college casual atmosphere. Felicity has a secret though, one she’s hiding.

Review:
Dawning's attempt at a college campus menage falls flat for me. It is believable that college age kids have threesomes...it is believable that they do it in the empty classrooms...what I found too difficult to comprehend is Felicity's wishy-washy attitude about her fiancee...and her unstable thinking about 'just having sex for the sake of having sex”. That didn't warrant well in my book. Granted erotic romance novel have a HEA or HFN ending, but Dawning leaves the question unanswered with a continuation in another novel about Miss America, AKA Felicity.

While her writing style was fairly impressive, I found too many character breaks with thoughts of Felicity, I am assuming her and finally realized this at the end of the book- but by then it was too late to save me from finding fault with this book.

If she doesn’t fall in love with him by midnight, Jean-Claude is destined to walk the planes of dreams for the next hundred years before finding his love again. Can he be able to steal her heart and make her his for all time? Or will it be too late for them?

Review:
The second in the Devon Falls series (having read the first, I couldn't help but scoop up more of Raine Delight's novels) and I have to say, this sophomore novel entertained as well as the first. Delight adds such colorful characters with the perfect romantic connection to keep my interests piqued.

Raven and Jean-Claude have a midnight dream dance of passion and lust before they even physically meet- oh, how dreamy is that- to see your soul mate before you meet. The elegant way Delight introduces the characters for the first time is fabulous- she wins him in a dog/bachelor auction. They know they are meant for one another and the moment they hit the sheets, the passion and heat explode.

Once again, Delight's writing style is balanced and believable with the exact amount of dialogue and written word to keep me harboring for more.

Shea Grayson has loved hockey player Shane Stevens for two years. Their on again off again romance has driven her to the point of madness. When he texts her with instructions to meet him at the rink during training camp, she immediately goes, hoping that maybe things might be different. Will he ever give her the commitment she wants this time or is he too broken by his ex-wife to love her?

Review:
McClive's writing style is smooth, eloquent and definitely going to take her places in the publishing world. While in the beginning I was a little concerned with Shane and Shea's attraction and previous hindrance, it became clear as the story was told.

The link and prior union of these two made it easy to root for them to have a happy ending. While their past relationship played a role in them hopping into bed quickly, bypassing the meal to get back to Shane's place, I wish McClive would have used her terrific dialogue to build the tension more. The heightened anticipation was obvious and if McClive had reinforced or added more history, I would have fallen head over heels in love with this story.

I recommend this read and look forward to discovering more of McClive's work in the future. She is an author to watch.

Days before her high school reunion, Kelly reconnects on Facebook with childhood friend, Nevaeh—a woman who, rumor has it, has lived a life straight out of some erotic novel. And, Kelly has a lot of erotica on her ereader! Ménages, slave fantasies, strangers and BDSM are all included in the stories Nevaeh has to share.

This sexy, world traveler incites Kelly to forge a friendship unlike any she’s ever had before. She never knew a shopping trip could be so educational, especially in an adult store. With her head spinning and her panties damp, Kelly embarks on a crusade to reignite the passion her and her husband, Nate, once had with a few new toys and other surprises. When he surprises her by being a more than willing participant, she decides to test a few boundaries, push a few limits...

Kelly becomes determined to find out if her old neighbor is right, if paradise can be found within your own four walls with the man you married. But, what happens when Kelly’s husband finds out about all of her time spent with Nevaeh? What will happen when Nevaeh’s husband, Hayden, comes into town for the reunion? Will her marriage be in trouble, or will things go further than Kelly ever dreamed they could go?

Review:
This is the first book I have read by Abby Hayes and to say I was intrigued with where the story was going is an understatement. I was expected a little girl on girl, perhaps a menage but a full fledged partner swamp and orgy...I was tickled beyond belief.

Hayes built believable characters with Kelly and Navaeh, Nate and Hayden. While I was a little skeptical with Nate's ease into the partner swamping and light BDSM of spanking, I found myself saying, “sure, why not? A husband can have a fantasy like that too- as long as commitment and loyalty are evident”- which they were.

The only obstacle I found within the confines of the story was the length of the chats. I would have like to see more verbal interaction between the women, instead of a chat box scenario. I think a telephone call in there would have added to the females' connection even more.

All in all, Hayes approach was fun, lively and gave a little insight into how a couple can re-kindle a romance by introducing safe avenues into their love life.

Review:
Raine Delight had me scooped into this story. Now, keep in mind I rarely read paranormal novels but this one had a touch of the holiday spirit, which I do love immensely. The characters Jenna and Marc are so believable, lovable and the dialogue and connection are superb.

The history of Marc's family is explained, credible and written beautifully. I also enjoyed the secondary character of Raven, who adds an enigma touch to the story. The links between Marc and Jenna and Raven are brilliant and I got in-depthly in touch with Devon Falls. I am thrilled this is a series and look forward to Book 2.

Welcome Back to Devon Falls...I am seeking Devon Falls: Red Hot Magic next. Thank you Ms. Delight for inviting me in to such a wondrous place.

She'd been nice - so Santa brought her heart's desire, a sexy new master! Aside from being broke, stalked and groped by Santa, Lissa Monroe wondered what would happen to her next? She never expected it would be love at first sight. Times are hard for Lissa, with her mother’s illness and her own financial problems. She took a job as Santa’s sexy helper in a department store. Her ex-boyfriend Rex is stalking her and leaving dirty messages on her answering machine. She thinks she can handle him, but things turn deadly causing her to have an accident.  Being a widowed single father isn’t easy. Derek Baxter knows this first hand, but when your son wants a new mom for Christmas what are you to do? It’s not like you can go out and find one or is it? Jack thinks so when he meets Lissa as he sits atop Santa’s lap. Outwardly Derek is the polite, shy widower and devoted father to his son Jack. In truth Derek is a wolf in sheep's clothing. He harbors a naughty secret that would surprise his friends and neighbors. Derek is a BDSM-Dominant with a playroom hidden in his basement loaded with BDSM toys. Derek's not looking for a relationship; at least he doesn’t think he is until Lissa and Jack have an instant bond, causing Derek to wonder if maybe his son’s instincts have found him a new Wife. Derek and Lissa embark on a whirlwind relationship which accelerates and leaves them both breathless. They both want the same thing—each other, but Lissa’s past hurts in the name of love hold her back. Derek is determined to break down her walls one way or another and win her heart.

Review:
Sansom weaves a very modest BDSM tale in Jack's Christmas Wish, not too hard core but touches base on many novice BDSM techniques and scenarios. Her writing style is one of pleasure to read, she keeps the story at a steady flow and the interesting characters and their blossoming relationship are all delightful.

The only nagging issue I had with the story line was Lissa's inability to love one minute then want the whole enchilada. Her wavering moods were hard to keep up with. From her stalker ex-boyfriend's abusive insinuations to how she was willing to be Derek's sub in his dungeon. Moments like this made me think, “how can a person go from abuse (whether mental or physical) to being at someone's mercy.” Perhaps her fear of true love was the main obstacle.

Aside from that topsy-turvy emotional debate, Sansom did an excellent job at developing the relationship between Derek's seven-year old son, Jack, and Lissa. The humorous antics and dialogue on the first page of the novel had me laugh a few times and want to slap the Naughty Santa. I love Sansom's writing and can guarantee more of her writings will be added to my TBR List once they are available.
