A quiet, lakeside vacation is just what Brielle needs to decompress after her busy concert season. She expects the weeks to pass uneventfully. Until she meets the men next door.

Tyler and Zeke are as adventurous and sexy as the Harleys they ride. The passion they hear in Brielle’s music draws them to her.

Convinced the hunks are gay, Brielle lets down her inhibitions. That turns out to be the best decision she’s made in a long time.

Denise's Review:

Brielle is a musician taking a vacation at her Uncle's caibn; there she meets his new nieghrbors Tyler and Zeke. After first thinking they are gay she quickly discovered these men are bi and happy to play with her.

Tyler and Zeke have a well developed relationship; the author allows you see how they can communicate without using many words, just with looks; the bond between them is tangible.

I enjoyed this book and I am happy maniac readers has a 3.5 star option as this book is better than average.

I personally thought for a short story it was well written, my problem was as a reader I prefer a longer story so I personally could not give it the 4 stars I gave other more developed menage stories.

I will say this book has me wanting to read more Margie Church, I plan to read The 18th Floor next.

This is just an example of what is to come from the very talented author, Liz Crowe!

Blurb:
Lisa loves her job in the male-dominated beer sales industry and has built a reputation as one of the best. But she dreads the "ride along" days when beer companies sends their least experienced representatives to see how she operates—until her one bad day turns into something more with The Rookie.

Undercover for his own brewery, Trent has heard of Lisa's prestigious sales prominence and sets out to see for himself—to show Lisa what he is capable of—in business and pleasure. Their attraction leads them to an amazing encounter in the most unlikely place, but will Lisa accept Trent's true identity once it's revealed? Or will she finally surrender and reach out for the unexpected?

Christine's Review:

Lisa is a hard working, take charge, no nonsense career woman. Trent is the rookie who surprises her with his looks and the instant chemistry you can literally see and feel between them. What you have is another Liz Crowe success story. This book is #1 in the Brewing Passions series. Right from the start, you can see the sexual tension between Lisa and Trent. She is understandably angry having Trent with her as his looks and strong work ethic are throwing off her game. Lisa eventually finds out who Trent really is but is willing to move forward to see if there is something else besides the physical chemistry.

This was a short story and quick read. I would have loved to see how these two characters developed. I hope that there is more of them in this series. Another great job Liz – the book and the characters were hot!

Makin’ a list, and rocking it…twice.

Perpetual good girl Lacey McGuire has two Christmas wish lists. One suitable for public consumption…and a private one that’s too hot to handle. Right at the top: wild, wicked fantasies about her best buddies and business partners Ryan Hollister and Bram Colton.

Besides the fact they’re both poster boys for Hunks ’R’ Us, they’ve been there for her through thick, thin and the heartbreak of a cheating fiancé. So what if her boys will never know they star in her sexiest daydreams? In her fantasy world, her heart will never get trampled again.

Ry and Bram are pretty sure Lacey never meant to email a list of some of her raunchiest wants. Particularly the one that tightens their shorts—she wants a threesome. With them. Although they’ve loved her for years, they made a pact to keep Lacey off limits in order to protect their friendship. Now all bets are off. And the quest to give her all she wants—and more—is on.

Warning: This book contains a wickedly hot M/F/M ménage that will heat up the holidays. Friends steaming things up in a hot tub. Bondage and blindfolds. Sexy shenanigans at a Christmas tree lot. And maybe even a glimpse of Santa…in a Speedo.

Denise's Review:

Bram, Ryan and Lacey, three friends who have been close since high school and now run a restaurant together. The author does a good job laying out how Bram and Ry both desire Lacey but agreed they will not act on their feelings. The men are protective of her and even confront her prior fiancée for betraying her. The author does a wonderful laying out Lacey's fantasies about both the men in her life and highlighting why she be unable to make a choice between the two. It was engaging to see how well each character understood each other, the years of friendship played out in their interactions with each other. After a confrontation with former lover of Bram's and some wine......Lacey questions herself and her life. I loved how the authored used an email error ( haven't we all sent the wrong email to someone) as a reason for the men to accidentally get a copy of Lacey's in a naughty list of sexual desires and fantasies When the men guys realize how she feels about them they set out to make her list reality. Ry and Bram work around to show her how they truly feel. The did not give this book 5 stars because I would have preferred a bit more at the end of the story This was a quick and entertaining with hot M/F/M sex.

It was just a fling. Lilith Templeton had no clue he was a human agent working for the angels. No big deal, but she got caught and Mother Superior, Portland’s most powerful angel, wants penance. Or death, Lilith’s choice. Being a lowly half-demon and therefore not a participant in the never-ending war for souls, she knows it's insane to cross the full-blood demons like Mother Superior wants. But opting out isn't an option: do or die. For additional penance, she's paired with an angel who not only ignites her lust but something more. Lilith wants to fall in love, to know what it was like to share herself with just one man. Yet since succubi needed to stay sexually satisfied, falling in love with the angel of chastity is a mistake she can’t afford.

Gabriel would have never second-guessed his choice to ascend through the virtue of chastity. Until he meets Lilith. Now, his ascension would be forfeit if he cannot vanquish his need for her. Having no choice but to ignore the fire burning inside them, they work towards tempting the demon cult’s human leader into revealing the hideout. Lilith, sexually irresistible half-succubus, is the perfect bait. Get in, send the signal and wait for the angel to rescue her. Oh and not get killed, or tempt the angel. Simple, right?

Tsteinrid's Review:
Gothic City Lights is a look into the supernatural underworld of Portland, Oregon. Where demons and angels are in a constant battle and lives are at risk.

Can a demon have “good” in them? Can an angel harbor sin in his heart? Those are questions that arise in Gothic City Lights. While the concept of good hearts in demons and an angel with sin on his mind is not new, this story is intriguing.

Lilith is a half demon. She is constantly trying to satisfy her succubus cravings. With sex being the only thing on her mind, the only thing her body craves, it’s her heart that wants more. Years and years of non-stop sex is getting old and the games are getting boring. Lilith needs to mix things up. She didn’t think wishing for change would drop an angel in her lap.

Gabriel has a mission to accomplish, but why is Mother Superior bringing in a demon to help? Not to mention a demon that stirs forbidden things in an angel of chastity. He must remain strong, but it’s really difficult when she is everything that he never knew he desired.

Forced to work together is one thing, but to be forced to live together 24/7 is another. Gabriel is battling his desire to taste and claim her and Lilith is battling new feelings of desire that even a succubus should never have to feel. They each will lose themselves if they fail to stay apart, but how can they, when love begins to fill their hearts.

Something drew me to this story. Even after coming off another book that had deep religious undertones and eroticism that disappointed me, I couldn’t help but want to read this story. I can honestly say that Gothic City Lights did not disappoint. I really enjoyed the foundation of this story. The old good versus evil plotline has been told again and again, but this take was filled with angst and passion. I was constantly wondering how these two people were finally going to come together and I can say that I didn’t see the “how” coming.

Mr. Chase did well and I can’t wait for the next in the series. So why did I not rate this higher then? While I was intrigued with the story it didn’t make me NOT want to put it down. I could walk away and do other things. When a book is really great for me, I just can’t do that.

I do have to give this book credit for making me think though. I was continuously thinking about it. Lilith and Gabriel were on my mind and their plight was burned into my brain. I wanted them together, but just was so unsure how it was going to happen. Mr. Chase really did do a fabulous job working that out. He has a new fan and I am looking forward to the next in the series, Gothic City Lights: Helena. Keep up the great work. This book is a winner!

Wolf-shifter Yvette Nelson is incredibly bored with her job as a waitress at Gunther’s Bar. Until one night, when a man she’s never met enters the bar. He makes her wolf want to come out and play—she has to have him.

Stark just wanted a beer. But Yvette brings out yearnings in him he didn’t even know he had. Together, they’ll find that letting go of inhibitions can open up all kinds of fun times, like a chance at forever.

Meingee's Review:
Yvette is just looking to scratch an itch, at least that is what she thinks she wants when she brings a man to the back office but things quickly change once they are in the thick of things. Little did they know but this little escapade would change their lives forever. Neither one expected such strong feelings let alone the finale outcome.

This is another quick and hot read in this new series by this author. She brings us two new characters and quickly puts them together. The attraction sizzles between these two right from the begining and grows into so much more in the end. This is a sexy read that gives us a glimpse into their lives and has the reader wondering just what happens after we read that last page. I enjoyed meeting these two characters and would love to see more of them and how Yvette handles just what life has thrown at her. She seems like a great woman ready to deal with what ever comes her way.

Right away we are pulled into this story and kept entertained all the way to the end. Once again Rebecca Royce brings us two wonderful characters that are fated to be together and shows us that love triumphs over it all. This book is a nice addition to this series and I cannot wait to read the next one in line.

Carrie and Lillie have always been best friends, but now there might be something that can separate them forever. Carrie had sex with her BFF’s dad. Mr. Bradford or Julien as Carrie always calls him, finally came on to her and although she had lusted for him for a long time, it wasn’t easy to give in to his charms. What happens when Lillie finds out? Now what?

Sam's Review:
This is a really quick read. It didn't even take me twenty minutes. It's very erotic and moves quickly. I personally felt this could become an interested read if it was longer. This is a complication of having a sexual relationship with your friends dad. However, it was well written. I didn't like the reference to 'daddy' as I didn't feel it needed it. There was a twist at the end which is what made me think it could have been longer.

For years, shapeshifter Gunther West has known Judy is his mate. His little human isn't so sure. But a tragedy brings her knocking on his door seeking comfort, which Gunther is more than ready to provide. Neither can deny the sparks that fly, but are those sparks enough for forever?

Meingee's Review:
Love will find its way; at least that is what Gunther has believed for the last few years while waiting for his mate Judy to accept him. Judy has continuously pushed him away until today. Something has brought her to his room in the middle of the night and he intends to find out what is wrong. Gunther will help his mate whether or not she wants him to.

This story was both hot and sweet at the same time. Gunther is a good man and is more than willing to wait Judy out. She is his mate and he will do what needs to be done when it comes to her happiness. I enjoyed meeting Gunther and Judy but would have liked to have a bit more of a back-story and more character development. It would have been nice to see why Judy keeps pushing Gunther away. Yet the story that I read did indeed pull at my heartstrings and the author brought me a sweet story about two destined people. Showing us that if you believe in love things will turn out all right in the end.

I may not have enjoyed this quick read as much as some of this authors previous work but I did find myself engrossed in this world and hope it is not the last time that we are able to visit it.

Pushing thirty on Valentine’s Day, Eve realizes her desperate search for love has led to nothing but misery. Then, she takes a chance on a little old lady who’s famous for finding the perfect guy for every girl just by looking at his truck.

CBLS Reviews' Review:
Think The Mentalist meets Miss Match Date- this is who Sofia, the owner of a unique shop, in the middle of nowhere is. Psychic? She denies it. Observant is what she prefers. So enter desperate almost 30 year old Eve in search of Mr. Perfect... Sofia is on the case. The slight humor made me smile as I read the dailogue between Sofia and Eve, love when an author can make me smile at the minimum. Picking out a husband by a parking lot full of vehicles? Really? It had me intrigued too...

An's writing style was smooth, consistent and held my interest in this short novel. Love how Eve's mother has run her entire life and now all of a sudden, Eve is cutting the umbilical cord- KUDOS, but what took Eve so long. Love the pretense for this, realism that many readers can appreciate.

Chickens? A labrador? And slashed tire? What do they havein common? True love for Eve.

I absolutely adored this short romance novel and applaud An for her humor, character connections and dialogue. I look forward to reading more works from An.

High school sweethearts, Kalen and Niobe, were cruelly forced to go their separate ways weeks before their senior prom. Ten years later they cross paths. Sparks are still flying, but would they survive ten years of resentment and attempts to snuff them out for good?

Sam's Review:
This is a very quick read but I don’t think the short story does this justice. There wasn’t enough time to really enjoy or get to know Kalen and Niobe to see the love and attraction between them. I thought the premise was good and the characters had so much potential but the shortness of word count let it down.

Another Time, Same Place is a good read and you’ll enjoy it especially if you like stories of high school sweethearts getting back together. But where this could have been filled with the angst and really showing the fight to be together by the time the story was finished it wasn’t there. I was really looking forward to this story. This is just my opinion and I still want to reassure others this is still a good read.

I just wanted more.

Can a pair of vibrating panties help Melodie find the man of her dreams?

A matchmaking party was not Melodie's idea of fun, and wearing vibrating panties was just plain weird. Or was it? Should she go to the party? After all, she just might meet Mr. Right. And if he doesn't show, she has the vibrating panties to keep things interesting.

Brynn's Review:
Sheridan's naughty librarian Melodie is a wild cat in disguise in this fabulous short erotic novel. Add in Melodie's quirky friend Trudy and you have a powerful duo. But wait! Don't forget the pair of vibrating panties! LOVED this part of the story!

Move to the party and Tad, who has the remote to her special panties. WOW!

Sheridan's dialogue is well written and I love how she describes Melodie's last experience with a man going down on her. "Hot pleasure, like molten lava"... another WOW factor. The way Sheridan builds the story line, gives life to the characters and creates such a believable love is well done. I actuall y laughed out loud with the referral to Melodie's outcry from her LOUD orgasm and the library board. Kudos to Sheridan for that touch of humor.

This was the first book by Sheridan that I have had the pleasure of reading- and I can guarantee I will be seeking out more. This is a definite fast-paced read I would recommend.

It’s just Jennifer White’s luck that she falls for the man she’s looked for all her life, a wonderfully attentive man who loves her small daughter, Beth, as his own. However, she looks into the perfect future and finds Zane Sterling has not only used her for his sexual fantasies, but also to find out if she’s embezzling thousands of dollars from Maxim Motors where she works as accountant. As a single mother, she’ll do almost anything to keep Beth comfortable, but stealing is not one of them.

Jennifer’s love struggles to survive, but can Zane justify hidden reasons for his determined pursuit of her?

Sam’s Review:
Sterling's Rules is a good book. I did enjoy the read, but my biggest problem I found with it was the head hopping and I had to keep checking to make sure I was reading the right part of the story. Once you get past the change of thoughts, you can enjoy the book.

Jennifer and Kane are well-written characters and the plot is believable with lovely romantic elements which only enhances the building relationship between the characters.

Overall it was a good story and I found myself feeling so sorry as Jennifer gives all of herself to Kane Sterling and when she finds out he’s betrayed her is a really emotional scene.
