When Sebastian Law discovers her in the eighteenth floor conference room early one morning, the table becomes a pallet for making one of her fantasies come true. Will he enjoy her extensive repertoire?

On the outside, Sebastian appears a buttoned-up, well-dressed, techno geek. Inside, he's a Dom with a hearty appetite for all types of carnal pleasures. He risks alienating Alexa by revealing his true nature, but he won't keep the secret for long.

Together, they explore all the things that turn them on. And discover whether they're a perfect match for life beyond the 18th Floor.

Content advisories: bi-racial m/f, m/m, BDSM, ménage, spanking, flogging, oral sex, anal sex, voyeurism, exhibitionism, sex in public places, phone sex.

Denise's Review:

The 18th Floor tells the story of an overworked Rocket Scientist Alexa and her journey with the very sexy IT consultant Sebastian.

After an encounter in the 18th Floor conference room Sebi as he is called takes Alexa on a journey into his world as a Dom.

Overall, I enjoyed this story.

There were some well written hot scenes, the story did develop beyond the sex but for me I personally needed more.

Sebi speaks to Alexa about how she must trust him for this relationship to work; but when it comes to key aspects of her life, like doing something that could led her crazy ex-boyfriend to her, Alexa neglects to tell him. This to me left me feeling like the relationship had no matured yet.

As an example of let wanting more Alexa buys Sebi as gift, the story tell you about it; then he uses it but you do not see his reaction to getting it.

Alexa also speaks to herself about herself and her fantasies but the book never has her telling Sebi most of them, I found this disappointing. I found myself wanting Alexa to fully trust Sebi, to open up and share her desires. So again a place I was left wanting more.

The BDSM was on the light side of the spectrum and Ms Church did a good job showing that Sebi cared about Alex and wanted her to see what his lifestyle was. There was a whipping scene but it did not involve the main characters and again the authors outlined Alexa's enjoyment of the scene and Sebi's desire to show her.

For me the story felt incomplete, early on Sebi says he would consider moving around less if he meet the right girl but the story did not tie that up for me.

I much prefer to see a happy down the road, this to me felt like happy for now and happy after a major incident. The ending felt a bit rushed and I was left thinking that's it, thats the end.

I will read another book by Ms Church as this book had potential.

Jessica Brown has to save her failing company, Dreams for Your Future Advertising, and she only has one shot to take to get the job done. Delicious Foods has tapped Jessica's small company for a campaign for the hottest selling condiment in America, Peach Bliss. The trouble? Jessica hates the sticky mess and has no slogan. In fact, she could care less about the whole campaign.

Eric Gammon looks more like a sculpted God and less like the maintenance guy at Jessica's building, which means he's drop gorgeous but totally off limits. Isn't he?

Forgetting all rational thought, Jessica garners a wicked idea. She propositions Eric and he gladly agrees to let her experiment with him and find out first hand exactly what the dazzling syrup, this Peach Bliss, can be used for. Re-energized and hopeful, Jessica tackles the Delicious Foods account with flair and everything goes smoothly until Jessica learns that Eric’s ex, Stella, is none other than a top executive at Delicious Foods.

Undaunted, Jessica is more than ready to deliver her presentation, which involves an overheated room, some melting ice cream and a bit of the bubbly. That is until she realizes Eric lied to her and is going back to Stella.

Now that Jessica's won the contract, has she lost the love of her life?

Review:
The 'dream' sequence in the first few paragraphs had me wanting more immediately in Cassandre Dayne's Breakfast Eye Candy. Having read numerous of Dayne's creative writings, I was ready for a quick jump into the plot and Dayne didn't disappoint when it comes to the sexual aspect of her novel.

While I would have liked to have seen Dayne add more emphasis to the actual plot of the story, I would recommend this book to lovers of erotic romance. She did add more depth to Eric's storyline but she left Jessica's wayward and centering around only sex. There's nothing wrong with this, but I was expecting more substance from Dayne with this novel.

I have to admit Dayne adds great dialogue, sexual activity scenes and descriptive moments between Eric and Jessica and the quick, fast paced novel held my interest from start to finish. Kudos to Dayne for Breakfast Eye Candy.

Tony Dartanion kept his private life hidden from the majority of the world. A decorated detective in the grittiest precinct in Philadelphia, Tony was hungry to make Captain and willing to do almost anything to get the title. Unfortunately however, the precinct had a "don't ask, don't tell" policy that enraged Tony and forced him to hide for years. In fact, his brothers in blue believe Tony's a card-carrying member of the chasing skirts and stilettos club. But the truth is, Tony's in love with a man he barely acknowledges outside the bedroom.

Tony knew his lover, Caelen Tomlin, was tired of being a dirty little secret. In the beginning, he and Caelen savored a highly erotic relationship and now, if Tony were being honest, they were barely more than friends. Realizing he was going to lose the golden haired model he adored if he didn't change his ways, Tony planned an event to remind Caelen exactly why they were together. With Tony determined to change his ways and meet Caelen's every need, who could have thought Caelen would refuse the invitation and that his actions would force Tony to make an excruciating choice?

Review:
Tony and Caelen have been a couple for some time now but Caelen is tired of hiding. He realizes Tony’s need for discretion but can no longer be the hidden secret. When Tony discovers this he decides that he will do anything to save their relationship and anything is just what he does. Tony takes them to a wonderful night at the club called Sealed with A Kiss, a club where anything goes. Will Tony’s attempt to rekindle the love and lust that they once had or will Caelen walk away?

Not only is this story a hot read but you are also treated to a romance. Tony and Caelen love each other very much and it shows in everything that they do and share together. Tony is a strong man who is willing to do anything for Caelen. The two are a wonderful couple, so devoted to each other. It was nice to see just how far Tony would go to show Caelen the depth of his love.

While this story has a good plot and hot scenes I had a hard time connecting to the characters making it hard for me to immerse myself into the story. I think that a little more character development would have helped me enjoy the story a bit more. Even with this I still enjoyed this authors writing style and will look for more stories in the future that may catch my eye.

Ex-DEA agent Erin Montgomery is reluctantly back on the job, posing as the sex-kitten groupie girlfriend of rock star Sean Ledger. She'll be joining his band's tour to try to catch an obsessed, dangerous fan. Tormented by nightmares of her failed last assignment, Erin's not exactly eager to be drawn back into the fray. But once she meets Sean, all rocker, all man and dripping with raw sex appeal, she knows she's right where she belongs.

Sean is reluctant to have someone investigating his crew, but when he meets Erin, his objections fly out the window. The beautiful, hard-bitten agent turns him on like no other woman ever has. Sean's caught glimpses of the fiery passion lurking under Erin's cool front and he's determined to break through her hard exterior and make her his.

But Sean's stalker is still at large and she's made it clear she's willing to stop at nothing-even murder-to get him.

Review:
Love and Protect is all romance. This book was not what I expected. When I read the blurb I read; a bodyguard, a rock star and a killer stalker, I assumed action, action, action and oh yeah, suspense. This book has very little actual suspense and action, unless you count the bedroom scenes and then it is VERY action packed. Whew - steamy!!

Erin Montgomery is battling to move on with her life after a traumatic incident during her job. She has been on leave from her DEA job for a year and is still plagued by gut wrenching nightmares. She has no desire to return to work. Her ex-partner calls her regarding a mission only she can help him with and she cannot refuse him. A sense of responsibility and duty draws her back into undercover work. Erin must protect the man that as a boy, laid down his life for her.

Hard rocker Sean Ledger has a major problem. He has a stalker that is getting more and more dangerous. After trying to ignore the situation for the last year, he turns to his adoptive brother to help him with his problem. He has always been a love them and leave them kind of guy. He believes that is what got him into this predicament in the first place. He is ready to give up his hedonistic ways, only if his body would listen to him. In walks trouble in skin tight leather and revealing top. Sean is instantly attracted to Erin; problem is he has a policy of not “dipping where he works”.

These two characters have a past together. Erin knows who Sean is, but he doesn’t remember her. She has changed a lot over the years, becoming a strong independent woman with a new name and identity. She is completely opposite from the child he once protected. Sean is confused over his protective feelings for Erin. He is drawn to her in a way he has only experienced once in his life. To a frightened little girl who had no one but him to defend her.

Love and Protect is a hot romantic tale of two people in love. I can’t really say falling in love, because they have loved each other since the moment they met so many years ago, they just didn’t know it. This is a sweet discovery of soul mates. Meant to be together from the start, their bittersweet separation and the enchanting discovery of love found again.

Pick up a copy of Love and Protect for a different take on romance. This is a sizzling book of a couple struggling to heal from their pasts and to find love in the world of rock and roll; where they play hard, but love even harder.

Science teacher Rebekah Jamison lives a quiet life in the suburbs of Atlanta. Devastated by a tabloid scandal nine years ago, she ended her marriage to the man her parents never approved of.

Rafael Lopez, former professional wrestler and “Sexiest Athlete Alive,” regrets the lapse in judgment that caused him to lose his wife. He shows up unannounced one day with some startling news, but he gets a surprise of his own. He finds out he’s a father. To get to know his son, he whisks him and Rebekah off to his home in the Hollywood Hills for the summer.

Review:
When I think of Latin men, I think of men that are tall, dark haired, stunning facial features and delectable bodies. That is the type of men Delaney Diamond writes about in her Hot Latin Men series, and she does it very well. Fight for Love is number two in the series. This is a story about love lost, not forgotten and found again.

Rebekah Jamison had to grow up fast. She fell in love at seventeen to an amazing man, Rafael Lopez. After her father refused to allow them to get married, they ran off to Las Vegas and did it anyway. Rafael earned money fighting in the underground fight arena. Things were rocky, but it wasn’t until he was accepted into the wrestling amateur league that things got bad. Too much time apart, lack of communication, loneliness and betrayal tore them apart. Leaving Las Vegas and Rafael behind, she moved on because she has to. Rebekah is pregnant. Nine years later they are thrown back into each other lives. She has never gotten over her first love, but how can she ever get over the pain of Rafael’s infidelity?

Rafael is a retired professional wrestler. He made a name for himself quickly and retired early. When he showed up on Rebekah’s doorstep to tell her some unfortunate news, he got the shock of his life. He has a son. Instantly Rafael’s priorities change and he is bound and determined to make things right. He will earn Rebekah’s love and respect back. He has never been a loser and he is not about to start now.

Fight for Love is a steamy read. The passion is apparent right from the start. I think my one disappointment was how fast they fell back into each other’s arms. It is really hard to fault the story though, because Ms. Diamond made it clear that they both still loved each other. I really liked this book and I could have easily seen this story written as a full sized novel. I was captivated by the characters and enjoyed their journey to find love again.

If you like your heroes tall, dark and handsome, and let’s not forget spicy, then you need to pick up this book or even this series. You won’t be disappointed!

Sasha Forde has hung up her thieving stillettos, but a visit from a mobster sends her back to her old life. In order to save her family--and herself--from jail, she must steal evidence hidden in a lawyer's office. She sets out to do what she considers a simple B and E, but someone else has arrived first. And he holds her life in his tattooed hands. Not for long.

Niko Davaris is all about revenge on the man who tried to kill him. The evidence he stole is the first step in that direction. He's not thrilled to wake up with a gun to his head. The woman on the other end is cocky, smug and too damn hot for her own good. He wants her, she wants the evidence. When she takes it and disappears, he gives chase. Battle lines are blurred as they give in to temptation, but on a ride like this, someone has to come out on top. Who will it be?

Review:
Sasha is in the duct work above the office of a lawyer. She is about to hop down into the office when three people dressed in black come in. She stays put and watches the item she is wanting walk right out the door. Before they leave, she gets a look at the main man, Niko. She vowed to get even. She needed what they just took.

She followed Niko and he awoke to her sitting at the foot of the bed with her gun aimed at him. She got what she wanted and left him behind. She really liked what she saw and wanted him, but she had a job to do.

Niko had a job to do, as well. He followed Sasha the next day to a warehouse. They ended up having some racy and exciting moments. Niko took Sasha with him to his hide away, far away. What will happen to the package they both want and to the job they are both committed to?

I enjoyed this read as the characters and setting were both well written. Sasha, Niko and a few others really bring the story to life and you feel for both of them. I was rooting for one and then both and back to one all throughout the book. I wanted to know what the job was going to do to both and if they could have some type of relationship as well. They both fell for one another, but their jobs were coming first.

Sasha’s character is wacky, strong, loyal and, overall, a wonderful character. She was my favorite.

There are some hot scenes; nothing tacky, just sensual.

I say this is a must read.

It's fascinating how everything yummy seems to come in plain brown wrapping. Indistinguishable. Just like the naughty little toys that Trista Rogers orders for research for the erotic books she's writing. Hand delivered goodies brought right to her door from her fantasy lover in chocolate brown - the UPS man. The dark cocoa hunk, Al Weatherby, has been on Trista's hit list since he took over her route. Sometimes she orders from the internet just to tease him with her long red hair, creamy skin and naughty clothing. Sadly, she's never tried anything with him. Until one blustery fall day that is. Asking him to join her for a frosty drink, their afternoon together quickly turns erotic. They both know they want more. Or do they?

As Trista plans another sinfully delicious event, another driver appears. Nearly devastated, Trista has no idea what happened to her fantasy man in brown. Fortunately, she quickly learns that the best surprises come in six foot something discrete brown boxes delivered right to her doorstep. And Al has brought his own special basket of toys this time to help Trista round out her research. With copious rounds of hot sex, a little voyeurism, and bodacious amounts of experimentation, come see why the best treats always come in plain brown wrapping.

Review:
Erotic author Trista Rogers has more on her mind than writing lately. It involves her special deliveries from her UPS delivery man Al Weatherby and her plain brown wrapped packages she keeps ordering. Every day Trista waits for Al and her packages, and every day this luscious man slips away...that is, until today. Trista has plans to sway him inside, seduce him and have some of the hottest sex of her life. Of course, only if Al agrees.

To Trista's surprise, Al is agreeable and ready for action. The best delivery Trista gets is directly from Al. After a sultry afternoon in bed, Trista anxiously awaits her next package delivery from the “toy” store and Al. When he isn't the one bringing her newest toy, Trista thinks she's overstepped the boundaries and that Al is gone; when in reality he was called away on a family emergency.

The next day Trista receives a very large special delivery. Al and his amorous body. They spend the day and night exploring each other and playing with her extensive toys.

Dayne has a way of producing fabulous characters, credible story lines/plots while adding humor into it. While I smirked throughout the entire novel at the heroines antics, the final line of the novel made me laugh out loud and applaud Dayne's wit and precocious writing style. She captures the essence of attraction, love and affection while producing some sensual scenes in the bedroom.
