Raven Harrington had a terrible feeling her marriage was over. Her gorgeous husband had no interest in being friends any longer, let alone rekindling the passion they used to share. For years they'd been the wild and kinky couple. Into S & M, sinful locations and naughty sessions of voyeurism that almost landed them behind bars more than one, for years they'd been the wild and kinky couple. But sadly, when Josh made partner at his law firm, everything changed. And Raven was determined to kick start their marriage and their sex life before it was too late.
Developing a nefarious plan, Raven threw caution to the wind. Donning fiery red underwear, a trench coat and leopard print stilettos--Raven made her way to Josh's office with one goal, to give him a piece of her body. Shocked but intrigued, the sexy blowjob under his desk while his coworkers came and went seemed to send his body into overdrive. And when his two colleagues witnessed Raven's shameless act, their own savage desires exploded. Unfortunately, Devastated, she almost pulled the plug on the rest of her plan.
Yet Josh was ready to give her more. When he took her to a rented room then tied her naked body to the metal railing while two hungry men on the balcony above witnessed their actions, their intense cravings took them to a molten edge of passion. But standing in the way was the truth and neither knew if their love, or their marriage could survive.
Michelle's Review:
Through His Looking Glass of Desire by Cassandre Dayne is a beautiful story of a woman who has decided to throw caution to the wind and go to extreme measures to save her marriage.
Josh and Raven used to be crazy in love with a wild and passionate sex life. After years of marriage they have drifted apart and barely even acknowledge each other anymore. Raven senses that she is about to lose her husband for good and makes up her mind to get back what they once had.
This is an outstanding story and I give it a rating of 5 out of 5. The writing is superb with realistic characters that I loved and could easily relate to. I was completely hooked from the very start and could not put it down until the very end. It’s a short story and only about 67 pages, so I was able to read it in one sitting.
This is a scorching hot erotic story that just might melt your e-reader, but it will also melt your heart. It’s a magnificent blend of sweet and hot, full of both burning passion and tender romance. It’s also a story that will speak to a lot of people’s hearts with a story that resonates so true to real life.
Cassandre Dayne is a very talented author who writes a wide variety of genres. This particular story is erotic romance in the true sense of the word. The sexy scenes are just a part of these characters’ story, and it is the story and the characters that will captivate and engage you. I loved every minute from start to finish and I hated to say good-bye to these wonderful characters when I reached the end. If you enjoy erotic romance, this is one you won’t want to miss.

"Commanding Red" by Kaylee Grayson
Title: Commanding Red
Author: Kaylee Grayson
Series: Forever Wicked series, #3
Publisher: Changeling Press, LLC
Sub-Genre: Paranormal Romance
Length: 42 pages
Heat Rating: Erotic
Rating: 4.5 Cups
Available at:

Blurb:
It should have been just another ordinary stroll through the woods for Red, but when she finds a wounded wolf by the edge of the road, she can't help but stop. Her kind, gentle heart ensures she won't let a creature suffer, no matter how dangerous it is. But healing the animal's wounds has unexpected consequences, and she's shocked as she watches it transform from a vicious beast into a man she once knew.
Jonah isn't sure she shouldn't have just let him die. His curse has turned him into a monster, and his unnatural hunger makes him something less than human. Red is in danger as long as he's around, but he can't bring himself to leave her without teaching her a thing or two about the perils of rescuing strays.
His lessons are erotic, punishing, and intense. But the biggest threat he poses isn't to Red's body... it's to her heart.
Gabrielle's Review:
Kaylee Grayson gives readers a whole new look at Red and her famous cloak with this book. This story takes Red on a different journey. I love fairytales and have always wondered about the what ifs and in this story we get a great what if. Wolves and huntsmen are still enemies but in this world wolves are so much more and Red has found a way to tame her wolf. I enjoyed watching the relationship blossom between Red and her wolf. The emotions are high and the love that the two share is strong. Jonah is so full of love but afraid that he will hurt anyone who is close to him, but Red is more than willing to risk it all on their love. I enjoyed watching Red show Jonah that their love is something worth fighting for. She gives herself over to Jonah fully and willingly and Jonah can do no more than love her even more. He begins this journey with the idea of teaching Red a lesson but it looks as if she is the one with the lesson to teach. This was a wonderful read and great start to a new series. I cannot wait to see how this story will continue.

The mask has come off, the closet door opened, and the acceptance in revelation has begun...
Thor sent Bobby home from Abyss with a few conditions. Have the hard conversations with those closest to him and arrive at Thor’s home, midnight, the following weekend. He’s been instructed not to call, not to email, not to contact Thor in any way. Simply do as told or...not.
Bobby comes to Thor a different man, changed somewhat for having come out of the closet to his parents and his best friend. The weight of his secret longings has been lifted and his desire to begin a relationship full of exploration and submission with a man is within his grasp. All it takes is following Thor’s orders, submitting to Thor’s rules, offering himself up to Thor’s dominance.
Can Bobby truly give over his tightly held onto control to the one man who drives him to his knees? Can Thor look beyond Bobby’s womanizer reputation to the longing for acceptance within?
Find out in, Revealed, the third installment in Lissa Matthews’ Masked series.
Emma's Review:
Revealed is third installment of the Masked series. You need to start at the beginning to truly appreciate this one. It's really a journey rather than serial type story. Thor and Bobby are both in unknown waters and they have both taken risks to be together. This is a great story and so very emotional. The sex is very hot but there's such a connection between the two. There's a sense of realism in the book. The author allows the reader feel all the uncertainty and wonder of Thor and Bobby's first sexual encounter. No perfect Doms or subs, just two people drawn to each other. Great read! When combined with Masked and Unmasked, Revealed tells the a powerful story about love and trust. I hope there are more to come.

Alexa Robbins is so consumed by her career, the only sex she has is listening to her nymphomaniac neighbors go at it. When Sebastian Law discovers her in the eighteenth floor conference room early one morning, the table becomes a pallet for making one of her fantasies come true. Will he enjoy her extensive repertoire?
On the outside, Sebastian appears a buttoned-up, well-dressed, techno geek. Inside, he's a Dom with a hearty appetite for all types of carnal pleasures. He risks alienating Alexa by revealing his true nature, but he won't keep the secret for long.
Together, they explore all the things that turn them on. And discover whether they're a perfect match for life beyond the 18th Floor.
Content advisories: bi-racial m/f, m/m, BDSM, ménage, spanking, flogging, oral sex, anal sex, voyeurism, exhibitionism, sex in public places, phone sex.
Denise's Review:
The 18th Floor tells the story of an overworked Rocket Scientist Alexa and her journey with the very sexy IT consultant Sebastian.
After an encounter in the 18th Floor conference room Sebi as he is called takes Alexa on a journey into his world as a Dom.
Overall, I enjoyed this story.
There were some well written hot scenes, the story did develop beyond the sex but for me I personally needed more.
Sebi speaks to Alexa about how she must trust him for this relationship to work; but when it comes to key aspects of her life, like doing something that could led her crazy ex-boyfriend to her, Alexa neglects to tell him. This to me left me feeling like the relationship had no matured yet.
As an example of let wanting more Alexa buys Sebi as gift, the story tell you about it; then he uses it but you do not see his reaction to getting it.
Alexa also speaks to herself about herself and her fantasies but the book never has her telling Sebi most of them, I found this disappointing. I found myself wanting Alexa to fully trust Sebi, to open up and share her desires. So again a place I was left wanting more.
The BDSM was on the light side of the spectrum and Ms Church did a good job showing that Sebi cared about Alex and wanted her to see what his lifestyle was. There was a whipping scene but it did not involve the main characters and again the authors outlined Alexa's enjoyment of the scene and Sebi's desire to show her.
For me the story felt incomplete, early on Sebi says he would consider moving around less if he meet the right girl but the story did not tie that up for me.
I much prefer to see a happy down the road, this to me felt like happy for now and happy after a major incident. The ending felt a bit rushed and I was left thinking that's it, thats the end.
I will read another book by Ms Church as this book had potential.

A quiet, lakeside vacation is just what Brielle needs to decompress after her busy concert season. She expects the weeks to pass uneventfully. Until she meets the men next door.
Tyler and Zeke are as adventurous and sexy as the Harleys they ride. The passion they hear in Brielle’s music draws them to her.
Convinced the hunks are gay, Brielle lets down her inhibitions. That turns out to be the best decision she’s made in a long time.
Denise's Review:
Brielle is a musician taking a vacation at her Uncle's caibn; there she meets his new nieghrbors Tyler and Zeke. After first thinking they are gay she quickly discovered these men are bi and happy to play with her.
Tyler and Zeke have a well developed relationship; the author allows you see how they can communicate without using many words, just with looks; the bond between them is tangible.
I enjoyed this book and I am happy maniac readers has a 3.5 star option as this book is better than average.
I personally thought for a short story it was well written, my problem was as a reader I prefer a longer story so I personally could not give it the 4 stars I gave other more developed menage stories.
I will say this book has me wanting to read more Margie Church, I plan to read The 18th Floor next.

Thirty-year-old English lawyer Emma Parkes believes Club Submission holds the key to her best friend's disappearance. Well out of her comfort zone, Emma's eyes are opened wide when she observes the Masters of Submission at work. They're so confident and sexually arousing—especially beautiful blue-eyed Master Zane.
Submission member and Dom Zane Anders frequently enjoys all the club has to offer. The wealthy, forty-year-old diamond importer has everything he could possibly need—everything except for love. A natural dominant, he's not looking for a permanent submissive in his life. But perhaps he'll make an exception for the stunning lawyer from London.
When Club Submission is plunged into a high-profile murder investigation, its very existence is put in jeopardy.
Can Emma unlock the truth, or will the devastatingly handsome Zane Anders, a Master of Submission, unlock her deepest sexual desires, instead?
Sam's Review:
Master of Submission captured my attention from the first page and I was able to complete in one sitting without putting down.
The plot is this. Emma Parkes has decided to move abraod to live with her best friend and set up a practice of their own. When her friend is nowhere to be been Emma decides to check out the local BDSM club, Club submission. There, she meets the Dom, Zane. Zane is instantly attracted to Emma and together they work through their attraction and try to find the key to her friend's disappearance.
This story was hot, intense and down right gripping. I've not read many of Jan Bowles's books but she's certainly an author to read. Master of Submission shows the BDSM world in an intriguing light. The chemistry between Emma and Zane is amazing. I loved how perceptive the author made Zane. He was a strong yet gentle character.
This story is a keeper. A really good story that is worth the time to read.

A decade on from their first kiss, Luke Murray is more in love with Simon every day. Running the Lost Cow ranch for Luke’s parents, they keep their heads down and get along with the locals, even if Luke is known for being a hothead. Then one day they discover the local store owners refuse to serve them.
They’re bewildered until Luke’s mom tells them the new pastor has targeted the couple in his sermons. Suddenly Luke and Simon find themselves alienated from people they called friends, and their ranch comes under a series of attacks. As the town’s hatred and homophobia turns on them, Luke and Simon will face a critical choice: give in to the town’s demands and disappear, or stand and fight for themselves and their love.
Aine's Review:
Morning Report by Sue Brown is the journey of Luke, the manager of The Lost Cow Ranch, and Simon, his foreman and lover, as they struggle to save their ranch from bigots and homophobes. Luke and Simon met 10 years ago when they became college roommates and after an almost bar fight, ended up lovers. Once they graduated, they both moved to the Lost Cow and have been working and loving together ever since.
The local church in their small community gets a new preacher and from there everything goes down hill. Stores refuse to sell to the men, a dinner refuses service to Simon, their ranch is repeatedly attacked, even their cattle were poisoned. Through it all they fight for their ranch and to protect their loved ones, but it takes a toll on their love and faith in each other after a time.
Having said all that, Morning Report is a H-O-T, loving, powerful read that I absolutely adored. I read this out of order (Complete Faith is book 2 of this series and also a must read!) which I would not suggest because it makes you antsy for certain things to happen and one person in particular to appear, lol.
Sue has woven a wonderful story with hot cowboys, love conquering hate, engaging read. Just remember, iced tea to cool you down as these sexy boys have a bit of D/s to their lovemaking and wow, do they take advantage of each other ev-ery-where!
