Be Warned: forced seduction
Emma205's Review:
Wayne never disputed his nickname 'The Beast'. He knew what he wanted and would do whatever was necessary to get it. He wanted Lily. Lily's life was difficult at best, but she kept trying to improve it. Her ungrateful family was in financial straits and Wayne would help on one condition - that Lily marry him. Innocent and unsure, Lily wasn't sure what Wayne wanted, but she was about to find out.
I wasn't sure what to expect when I started this book. What I found was a delightful, sexy read. Wayne is a complicated man and if we weren't privy to his thoughts, he would have come off as a domineering jerk. I enjoyed the shifting perspectives and I loved Lily with her quiet strength. This is a very steamy story, and Wayne and Lily's chemistry is sizzling. I highly recommend this updated fairytale and can't wait to read the next in the series.
