Dyanna Archer loves her husband, but Anthony begins to act strange--dangerous. She doesn't know why until she discovers his connection to mysterious and dangerous Club Silver Moon. Dyanna is desperate to save her marriage and discover the mystery of Anthony's unusual behavior. What she discovers there will change her life forever by ending it. Her husband's selfishness leads her down a path of terrible transformation, and after her first night at Club Silver Moon, Dyanna wakes up a vampire. With the help of a new and powerful friend, she learns to control her new needs and understand just what she's become. Dyanna imprisons herself as she and her friend plan their revenge. Even after all the pain, Dyanna can't bring herself to hate Anthony. Can she save herself and her husband?
Betrayal is a really quick read. Dyanna Archer loves her husband, Anthony, but believes he has cheated on her after he doesn't return home for a length of time on a boys night out. After he does, her husband changes and then he phones her and says if she doesn't him at Club Silver Moon she won't see him again.
This is an interestingly quick tale which involves witches and vampires. I found the plot to be very fast paced and really catching. I would have loved to have seen this as a longer book, purely because of how good it was. Ashylnn Monroe has written a quick, intense but still enjoyable read. I don't want to say too much with the plot as it could spoil the book. I like the way Dyanna is confused and her emotions are described throughout the book perfectly.
