Seth Colt had a trust fund set up for him to obtain on his thirty-fifth birthday, which happens to be Christmas day. In order to get that money, the stipulation is that he must be married. With no prospects in sight, Seth sets up a temporary marriage contract with Faith Timmons. They will be married long enough for him to collect the trust fun and then get a quick divorce. The problem he’s facing is that he has fallen madly in love with his new bride.

Faith goes to a job interview and is shocked when she is offered a marriage contract instead of a job. Since the terms of the contract are no sex and a million dollar payout when they divorce, she jumps at the opportunity. However, no matter how hard she tries to push the sexy rogue away, he remains vigilant in his pursuit of her.

Review:
Aww....Geez- Burt the good neighbor to the rescue- lol. What a fabulous tale of love, holiday magic and a vibrant sexual connection. Dunn leaves no stone unturned in her holiday romance. From the way she perfectly describes Faith's down-on-her-luck life to how love can conquer all.

One tiny part/event I would have to argue is how easily Faith accepts the 'marriage proposal/contract' when Seth arrives at her apartment not an hour before she stormed from his office in a glory of rage. Aside from that (which I soon forgot as l got lost in Dunn's story-telling ways) I thoroughly enjoyed Despite the obvious physical attraction (thinking of Seth private moment in the back of his limo), Dunn crafts a very believable link between the duo. Seth's thoughtfulness and Faith's shyness (in the beginning) is priceless.

This is the first book I have indulged myself in of Dunn, and it will NOT be the last. I loved the way Dunn created the premise of the story and the connection of the characters.
