Bethany Johnson grew up one of the only humans in a pack of werewolves. She didn’t have an easy time and her self-confidence was almost non-existent. Finally, after some serious psychotherapy and the help of weight-loss surgery, she is feeling like the Bethany she has always wanted to be. But now she has to say goodbye to the werewolves in her life. Out with the old and in with the new this year…

Luke Denarius is the new Alpha of the Delta pack. He’s never met Bethany but the second he scents her he knows she is his. No way is she going off to Italy for adventure and hot sex with other men.

With the help of Madame Eve these two will find that a mating is in the works for Christmas.

Review:
I really enjoyed this book. My only complaint is that it was too short. Full of wonderful characters that are so full of emotions, I quickly found myself lost in the magical world of the wolves. Living as a human amongst the wolves Bethany has fought her whole life. Never fitting in with the pack and not even in her own family. Yet she finds a way to find herself and decides to make her way out in the world and with the help of Madame Eve she is about to start on her adventure. When the new Alpha comes across her scent he realizes Bethany is the one and is determined to find her.
I loved Lucian right from the start. He is a strong man who is not afraid to go after what he wants. We get to see the softer side of him with Bethany. Who is just as strong, she may not be as strong physically but she has fought her whole life and is still standing. I enjoyed watching Lucian romance Bethany. The bond of trust and love that begins to form between the two was a wonderful read. The two make a beautiful couple. Both have been through so much in their lives and deserve all the happiness they can get.
For such a quick read this story packs a punch. The author brings these characters to life with such strong emotions that the reader can do no more than fall in love with Bethany and Lucian. I really enjoyed my time with them and I hope that we get to visit this pack again some time soon.

Westbury Manor is a stately home with a fascinating past, and when book conservator Emily Stone starts uncovering it, she's startled by what she finds . . . .

Emily arrives at Westbury Manor with a job to do. She's to clean and conserve all of the books in their impressive library, preserving them for future generations. Not long into her stay at the house, she bumps into the night guard, George. She'd expected an old, balding guy with a comb over, so the hunky chap she actually meets is a very pleasant surprise. The introductions complete, George leaves Emily in peace to get on with her job. But when a falling photograph sets off a chain reaction of ghostly events, Emily and George are thrown together in order to find out who—or what—is causing them. Their investigation uncovers a tragic past, a lost love, and a stunning secret.

Review:
Love Through Time is a story about a character named Emily who is contracted to clean books in the library of an English manor. While cleaning the books, Emily comes across the ghost of one of the former residents of the manor.
The author alludes to the manor having a rich history, but never really goes into most of it.  I do understand this is a short story, and the premise is very good, but everything seemed to wrap up a bit too quickly for my taste.  And the ending seemed just a bit tacked on to me.  A good story that I think could have been much better had the author taken a bit more time and added more detail.

Sara loved Connor, but he was from the wrong side of the tracks. They eloped and her father had him murdered or so she thought. Pregnant and desperate to escape an arranged marriage Sara married Connor's best friend, Aaron. When Connor returns very much alive, Sara is forced to choose between her first love and the new love she's found.

Review:
I was intrigued by the blurb of Till Death Do Us Part and I have to say there were times my throat clogged up as Sara’s loss and refusal to move on is described. It was like you could feel how bad it got for her and through all the numb and loss she had this little boy she could hold onto. There were also times I wanted to throttle her for not standing up to her parents sooner and I have to say, about half way through it you want her to stick two fingers up at her parents and the force and manipulation they used. A story that can get you changing your opinion is well worth the read in my books.

I wanted to rate this a little less as I didn’t like the ending all that much but this is just my opinion on this story and when I sat down and thought about it, this would be the ideal ending to complete the story, along with my overall enjoyment of Till Death Do Us Part as a whole, so 4 stars is worthy.

Overall, this is a really emotional story and an enjoyable read. You feel Sara’s pain, anguish and confusion. Well written and a keeper.

An impossible demand...
Max Jernigan is ready to close the most important business deal of his life—all he has to do is agree to one request from Grayson Crowell: impregnate the mogul's daughter.
No way can Max do this. He's a decent guy. But he would love a child. He just doesn't want a wife.
An impossible man...
C.C. Crowell gave up on dreams of a family after Mr. Worse-Than-Wrong broke her heart. Hiding behind spreadsheets, boring suits and an icy attitude, she's more than a little suspicious when arrogant, handsome Max is suddenly chasing her. But she can't deny their chemistry. Until she learns about the deal and plans to pay Max back in kind....

Review:
The Sweetest Deal to me sounded like a recipe for disaster but from the first page Mary Campisi managed to pull me in and turn The Sweetest Deal into a lovely romantic tale.

Max makes a deal with Grayson Crowell, in order for him to get his business deal he must agree to impregnate his daughter. C.C Crowell has been left with a broken heart from a previous relationship and really wanted a baby. What happens next is the romance and chemistry that builds into a wonderful, romantic tale.

The romance is not instant but a gradual build up so that by the time C.C knows about the deal Max struck with her father, the actual deal is no longer in Max’s mind.

At times this is emotional as both characters have felt heartache and been hurt by previous love in their lives. I would recommend this read because it is a beautifully wrote story that will leave you with a smile on your face.

JC's craving for Suzy is consuming his thoughts, and he wants nothing more than to work things out and become her lover. He has a plan, but has to move fast as Xavier works to seduce Suzy. JC will do whatever he can to claim his brassy, buxom beauty for his own.

Review:
Okay, this book for me has to be one of my favourites this year. I know I’ve got a huge list already but this can be squeezed in as well. K.T Grant has done it again. From the moment I started reading and read what J.C said to Suzy while in intimate moments and was clearly clueless of the hurt words he said, I wondered how the hell this was going to turn.

Suzy is a big full woman and I adored her character, from giving up coffee (which I’ll never do) to also giving up cigarettes. She is a woman you will enjoy to read. J.C is adorably clueless to what he’s done and in a way because he doesn’t see what he says as hurtful, because he is completely in love with her, is in fact lovely to read.

This will leave you gasping, shocked and down right laughing. A thoroughly enjoyable read well worth the time and five stars.

K.T Grant is a brilliant writer.

Seth Colt had a trust fund set up for him to obtain on his thirty-fifth birthday, which happens to be Christmas day. In order to get that money, the stipulation is that he must be married. With no prospects in sight, Seth sets up a temporary marriage contract with Faith Timmons. They will be married long enough for him to collect the trust fun and then get a quick divorce. The problem he’s facing is that he has fallen madly in love with his new bride.

Faith goes to a job interview and is shocked when she is offered a marriage contract instead of a job. Since the terms of the contract are no sex and a million dollar payout when they divorce, she jumps at the opportunity. However, no matter how hard she tries to push the sexy rogue away, he remains vigilant in his pursuit of her.

Review:
Aww....Geez- Burt the good neighbor to the rescue- lol. What a fabulous tale of love, holiday magic and a vibrant sexual connection. Dunn leaves no stone unturned in her holiday romance. From the way she perfectly describes Faith's down-on-her-luck life to how love can conquer all.

One tiny part/event I would have to argue is how easily Faith accepts the 'marriage proposal/contract' when Seth arrives at her apartment not an hour before she stormed from his office in a glory of rage. Aside from that (which I soon forgot as l got lost in Dunn's story-telling ways) I thoroughly enjoyed Despite the obvious physical attraction (thinking of Seth private moment in the back of his limo), Dunn crafts a very believable link between the duo. Seth's thoughtfulness and Faith's shyness (in the beginning) is priceless.

This is the first book I have indulged myself in of Dunn, and it will NOT be the last. I loved the way Dunn created the premise of the story and the connection of the characters.

Left at the altar with bald patches on her head and her self-confidence stripped away, Tamara Johnson must pick up the pieces of her life and face her Alopecia Areata, the autoimmune disease causing her hair to fall out. She is convinced no man will date a bald woman and arranges a one-night stand through Madame Evangeline’s popular service, 1Night Stand. With her new wig held firmly in place, Tamara arrives at the Castillo Hotel in Las Vegas for a night of passion and pleasure. Anything more than one night would mean exposing her bald head, and she will never do that to any man again.

Running into the Castillo Hotel, away from the paparazzi constantly at his heels, Josh Summers wants to spend his next few days locked away from the flashing lights and screaming fans. When he finds an incredibly sexy woman wearing nothing but lingerie lying on his hotel room bed, he thinks the hotel has made a mistake. Leaving the woman, he heads for the lobby to get the situation rectified. But an unexpected text from Madame Evangeline sends him back to his room, though unsure whether the woman on the bed is really his perfect match or just another fan believing him to be like his character on television. To find out, he must risk telling her his own secrets. If Tamara can handle his imperfections, she just might be his ideal woman.

Review:
Two damaged hearts come together in this sexy quick story.
Tamara Johnson has a disease that has rendered her ashamed, shy, and scared. After her so called fiancé breaks up with her because of her condition, she is left heartbroken and unable to accept herself. Let alone believe anyone would want her the way she is.
Josh Summers had it all, a flourishing and successful career as a model and not just any model, an underwear model. A tragic accident has left him permanently disfigured and unmarketable. So he switched careers and became an actor, but his show has just been canceled. Now he is ready to leave the limelight and hide from the public’s prying eyes. He wants to take some time for him, reevaluate his life and situation…alone.
Tamara is taking a chance for one night of passion and Josh is unknowingly set up by his brother. These two are pleasantly surprised to find they have so much in common. Instant attraction leads to heart pounding passion.
I enjoyed their story. It was touching to see how sad they began and then experience the joy they eventually brought out in each other. Ms. Subject did a fabulous job conveying the emotions in such a short amount of time. It is really difficult to add so much substance in a short story. My heart was filled with happiness and I was left smiling when I finished this story. Thank you for writing such an amazing touching tale.

At first she is afraid of Quinn, the criminal who has abducted her. Then she discovers another side to Quinn, a human, caring side. And when he ties her up and makes love to her, Mayree discovers another side to herself.

Review:
In truth I didn’t know what to expect when I picked up this book. Kidnapping and turning it into a love story, I had my doubts. Well, let me put it this way. I opened the book yesterday afternoon and I couldn’t put it away until I finished it. I found this book utterly enthralling.

Quinn and Mayree are so great together. I found at sometimes cringing from the way Quinn treated Mayree but because of how it is described you can see his inner battle to not fall in love.

Overall I found this a unique erotic romance story, it gripped me and had me knots from start to finish. I would recommend this book for someone looking for something a little bit different.

Great characters and an excellent plot.

As dull as it was Alana’s life was peaceful, and she liked it that way. At least it was peaceful until the delivery of the little packet that contained a nude picture of her, taken years ago by the one man she could never forget—the man whose life she’d ruined.

Review:
I have to say I really enjoyed Indecent Proposition. The story doesn’t have the typical gorgeous, irresistible heroine. And the hero, or anti-hero if you will, is a man who has just gotten out of prison. And I will also say the blurb for the book is what at first drew me in to read it.

Alana receives a mysterious package containing an old Polaroid from when she was much younger. A Polaroid picture of her naked, in fact. She is afraid whoever sent the picture will use more of them to blackmail her. At first, she thinks this will be for money, but then she finds out who is truly behind everything. Enter Rafe, a man she fell in love with in high school. A man who made her feel special. A man her father had sent to prison for statutory rape against her.
Rafe offers to exchange pictures at different times for Alana’s complete submission to him. She agrees as long as there is “no penetration”. Through out the meetings they have, the author does a great job of showing Alana’s lack of self esteem and how guilty she feels for not standing up for Rafe when her father had sent him to prison. As their meetings go on, we find out the love between them had never really faded. But can they get together again with all the bad blood that had happened in the past?

A very good original story that kept me interested right up until the end. I ended up rooting for Rafe through their meetings and was happy when I finally got to the end and found out how everything ended. This was a well written, original story, and I high recommend it for any and all erotic readers!

Lydia awakes, bound and blind, to the whispered urgings of a man who has his hands on her. His words confuse her at first, but she soon understands they are both in the middle of a performance that will determine whether she remains in captivity or dies. The crowd must be entertained, and her cellmate makes sure it is.

Forced submission is not the only horror Lydia endures. She has no memories of life before her imprisonment, and Joe, her cellmate, is her only comfort as the powerful creatures that hold them captive torture and debase her. Together, she and Joe cling to the will to survive long enough to break free and seek revenge. Their desire to sustain one another triumphs over their wardens' efforts to destroy them. There is no pain, no suffering, that can tear them apart.

Beyond their cell, their love is tested. Can they hold strong in the face of the challenge of the new powers they have gained along with their freedom?

Review:
Be warned. Deadly Captive is not for the weak stomached. This is probably one of the strangest but utterly captivating stories that can be described as a romance (in a way) but is also, so much more.

From the first chapter the reader is transported into the action. Lydia doesn’t know who she is or what the hell has happened and I think the way Bianca Sommerland plays out the amnesia allows the reader to be just as confused about what is going on.

The characters are different and the depth of the emotion is poignant. The addition of Mary was such a sad moment throughout the book but it tested the strength of Joe and Lydia. The entire book is played in the first person and I usually get a little bored with the one tone description but with Deadly Captive it really works. So much is being played out, you don’t need the extra point of views.

Overall this is a book with the combination of paranormal, torture, love and above all a woman’s fight for freedom. You will like or love this book if you want something different and away from the norm.

Eighteen years earlier, Charma lost her destined soul mate. Convinced he must be dead, she kept her fears to herself so as not to destroy the morale of the Outsiders who already live with a shaky prophecy as their only guide.

Dr. Jason Randall is a man used to getting what he wants. There has never been a problem he couldn't out think or a situation he wasn't capable of handling.

Now they are both hunted by not one but two demons as they lead the slowly forming group of Outsiders out of the darkness and back into the light. The two strong souls will have to decide if prophecy alone is enough reason to stay together through insane odds...or if love is their true fate.

Review:
In this second installment of the Outsider’s series we meet Charma and Jason. After years of thinking that Jason is dead Charma finds him in a mental hospital and only she can save him. Yet she finds herself conflicted, while she loves Jason she is more than hurt by his refusal to believe in her and their love. Will Charma and Jason be able to survive the demons and find their happy ever after?

I enjoyed meeting Charma she is a strong woman who fights for what she thinks is right. She cares for all of the Outsiders and does what she can for them even at her own expense. While I liked Charma from the beginning Jason had to grow on me. He is a strong man who must learn about himself and what it means to be an Outsider. In the long run he shows what a man he can be and fights along side the others against the evil that threatens the world. Watching their relationship build was a nice read. I loved seeing both Charma and Jason each grow and find themselves. The fireworks start right from the beginning between the two and grow into so much more.

There is a lot going on in this book, not only do we get the romance between the main characters but we also get to see more from the rest of the Outsiders as well as their fight against the demons and Gabriel begins to find out much more about the man he used think of as family. This book is full of action and romance. The author does a wonderful job of intertwining the romance between Charma and Jason along with the fight against the demons. We also get to see the rest of the Outsiders as well as the addition of new ones. Fast paced with characters full of depth this story grabs your attention and pulls you into the magical world of the Outsiders and has you eagerly awaiting the next book.

When Callie returns to her hometown for the holidays, she comes face to face with her old lover and Dominant Jack. She left him three years ago, believing he could never be the happily-ever-after man she needed. Yet Jack still wants her and she finds herself wanting to submit to him again.
As Jack and Callie explore their Dominant/submissive relationship, Callie gets drawn deep into Jack’s world all over again. For his part, Jack can’t seem to forget how she nearly ruined him when she took off without even saying good-bye all those years ago, but he’s afraid his baser needs will destroy Callie.
Can Callie give Jack another chance to prove he can be what she needs? Can Jack overcome his own fears and claim Callie forever?

Review:
What can I say? I do love to read about BDSM sometimes. I will say though, this one is not the cuddly kind of BDSM that you sometimes find out there. This one is gritty, sizzling and just plain hot.
Callie has returned home to spend some time and holiday cheer with her loved ones. What she didn’t expect is to see her old Dom Jack. He still tantalizes her. She ran away from him three years ago and from the moment she sees him again, wants him back. Now she is a stronger woman and knows what she wants and she wants Jack.
Jack didn’t know what he had in Callie until he lost her. She broke his heart. Now he has another chance to own her and prove to her that she is it for him. With a firm hand and a loving heart he will prove it.
What a pleasure to see both sides of this story. With both of their voices you could grasp more of the turmoil and passion. They have always loved each other and now with their second chance, you are on the edge of your seat wondering how Ms. Carr was going to pull it off.
The scenes are hot and heavy, and be warned Jack enjoys verbal humiliation, but Callie loves it! So sit back and enjoy this steamy tidbit into BDSM. You won’t be disappointed.

Rand Bartlett, tall, dark and a loner, is not a man to be reckoned with – but tell that to Darci Hart. According to Rand , Darci would try the patience of a saint.

After a one-night stand, Darci finds herself pregnant. Rand, a loner, wants to marry Darci, but she has other plans – and they don’t include Rand. Despite all of Darci's attempts to keep Rand out of the picture, his persistence pays off. It's a love-hate relationship that keeps Rand and Darci on their toes.

Review:
Wow, wow and more wow. This is a romance novel and yet features no actual description of intercourse at all. Dawne Prochilo is a true master of the romance genre. It has been some time for me to read a straight romance that was not only gripping but filled with chemistry and everything wonderful that makes up On Her Own.

Rand Bartlett gets Darci Hart pregnant through a one night stand. Rand doesn’t want to be in the background, he wants to give his child a name and be a proper father to his baby. I found him annoyingly adorable. I would have loved to see him fight a little more but the way he allows Darci her space and through his you see his true love for her, magical.

Darci is so confused and pregnant. She doesn’t want Rand to feel like he should marry her out of duty. She wants love.

For me this story was amazing, wonderful and all the great emotions a true romance story should evoke.

Dawne Prochilo is a wonderful writer and On Her Own is certainly a keeper.

Susanna Corrigan believes in Santa Claus. Always did. So a Christmas-time flight to Alaska for a one night stand with a man especially chosen for her is a perfect gift. Fun and great sex with Mr. Right Now fits her bill for no strings, no commitments.

Then hunky Gil Santana laughs with her, buys her dinner and takes her ballroom dancing. She’s enchanted--but scared.

What will it cost her to make Gil Mr. Right Forever?

Review:
I just love the holiday themed 1Night Stand series. Ms. DeLand has written a sweet yet steamy short story.
Susanna Corrigan is a very busy woman. With her successful career, she doesn’t have much time for a relationship. So she does the next best thing, she signs up for the services of Madame Eve of 1Night Stand. All she asks for is one night of exciting heart pounding passion with no complications or promises. She is very excited about her upcoming date. All is perfect except for one small thing…she is heading to Alaska.
Gil Santana has had it with Hollywood, all the fakeness, lying and BS. Moving to Oregon was his escape from it all. Now happily teaching in Portland, he is ready for a little heat in his life. He doesn’t expect much from the services of 1Night Stand, all he wants is a memorable experience. What he didn’t expect is his instant attraction to a guest at the hotel. The type of woman that he is trying to avoid; a woman with wannabe movie star looks and a body made for sin.
Their attraction is combustible, but things change when they discover that they are both what they didn’t want from the experience. Gil is relationship material and Susanna has stars in her eyes. Can these two get past the expectations of what each thought they didn’t want?
I thought for sure that these two were going to detonate when they first met. Thank goodness they were in the hotel pool to help cool things down. It could have gotten very dangerous. Sparks and steam were coming off them in droves. I enjoyed how Ms. DeLand built their passion, not allowing them to just fall into bed. There is also a wonderful and unexpected scene that occurs in the ballroom. It just helped prove that they were meant to be together; a perfect couple in more ways than one.
This is a fabulous short story. You could feel the heat coming off the pages and when they finally got their happily ever after I actually cheered. Well done Ms. DeLand!

Cody Alvarez needs to find a wife by New Years Day or he will lose the ranch his uncle willed to him.

Libby Morris just needs, for once in her life, to feel desired. Sensual. Appealing. Especially after an intense reshaping at a high-end spa.

When Madame Eve of 1Night Stand invites them to Christmas Week at the Castillo Lodge in Alaska, Cody and Libby are not given the names of the partners chosen for them. As they wait to learn the identities of their one-night stands, they discover an incredible spark of chemistry and a connection stronger than either has experienced before. Will spending a very erotic night together ruin their arrangements or offer another option?

Review:
Cody Alvarez is desperate to keep his uncles ranch. If he isn’t engaged by the end of the year then the ranch will be sold per his uncles will. His uncle passed away a bachelor, and he wants his ranch’s legacy to be filled with family and love. It has been eight months and Cody has been too busy to find his future wife. Now he will just settle for a woman he can talk to and is decent in bed. This ranch is his life and he isn’t going to lose it.
Olive “Libby” Morris has never been happy in her own skin. After a windfall she works hard, drops a few pounds and decides to change her life. After a friend had a perfect experience using Madame Evangeline‘s 1Night Stand services, Libby decides she wants more excitement in her life. She takes a chance and signs up for her own experience. She didn’t expect to be shipped away to an exclusive 1Night Stand Christmas Week at an undisclosed location.
I loved their instant attraction. The electricity could almost be seen shooting between the two of them from the first moment they touch. Since they didn’t know who they were scheduled to meet, they chose not to pursue their feelings. Three long agonizing days into their week long visit neither are closer to meeting their intended dates. After a chance meeting, they decide to spend some time together while they wait for further news on their one night stands.
I enjoyed Ms. Holt’s take in this series. While we knew they were the couple that was meant to be, she took us on a journey on how they were going to get there. Once they discovered they were each other intended, they didn’t waste any time with their amazing passion. Their one night stand was sizzling hot and I adored how Cody cherished and loved Libby. Any woman would be lucky to have such a man in her life.
If you want a quick read that has heart, feelings and steamy sex, then He Came Upon a Midnight Clear would be a perfect pick.

Can a craving for mint chip ice cream and a passion for the theater turn a summer romance into everlasting love? Clint is a high school English teacher and a budding playwright. Nina is a former actress, now a beautiful and wealthy widow...who is more than a little lonely. A chance meeting over mint chip ice cream brings them together. Their love of the theater keeps them meeting while their love blossoms despite a gap in their ages. But ultimately, the theater may present the one hurdle they can’t clear.Take the journey with Nina and Clint through their discovery of each other, their joy and the ultimate compromise they must make live their dream of footlights, fame and love.

Review:
Joachim knows how to wrap a reader into a story line. The connection between Nina and Clint is done flawlessly, from the beginning with the Mint chip ice cream to the way Nina connects with Clint's son, Cory, I applaud this novel at every turn. I have to admit I was expecting a May-December (summer) romance and almost had that...but Joachim's twist of unconditional love prevails.

The dialogue is in-depth, the characters' connection is credible and the realistic events added to the story are concise. The way Joachim honed in on the little idiosyncrasies, adding Norman Fallon (Nina's ex-lover) with a spin of jealousy on Clint's behalf to having Clint disappear from Nina's life for a short time, bestowed a fabulous change of events making me think, “Oh no, this can't be happening.”

This holiday novel is highly recommended for believers of romance and true love triumphing over all other issues in life. Praise to Joachim for making an enchanting read as well as giving me hope for genuine love and chance meetings.

Christmas time if filled with possibilities, with love and laughter. For Ryan all he ever wanted was the love of Jemma Stein. The problem, Jemma was the wife of his best friend who was more like a brother to him, Simon.

Jemma is now a widower, with three children and the help of Ryan to keep her going. In the privacy of her own mind she allows herself to fantasise about a life with Ryan. But it could never be. How could she move on and love her dead husband’s best friend?

The discovery of Simon’s diary is about to change everything for Ryan.

Review:
Crescent packs a powerful punch with Ryan's Christmas Miracle. The tenderness and deep connection she creates between widower Jemma and Ryan, her deceased husband's best friend- let's just say I sighed effortlessly through this story.

Holiday reads are special and touching to my heart and Crescent definitely reached my emotional state of mind. From the way Ryan waits patiently for the only woman (Jemma) he's ever loved to the way Jemma does her soul searching, with the help of her deceased husband's journal.

I didn't want this holiday celebration of love and affection to end. Congratulations to Crescent for making me believe in waiting for the love of a lifetime and for allowing some holiday magic into my world, even if for only one afternoon.

Adam and Devon are best friends and they share more than friendship. They both want a chance at the deceptively innocent looking college coed Felicity Jones. As college buddies they’re used to working together and once they focus their efforts on Felicity the outcome is assured. Although highly erotic the love scenes are also playful reflecting the college casual atmosphere. Felicity has a secret though, one she’s hiding.

Review:
Dawning's attempt at a college campus menage falls flat for me. It is believable that college age kids have threesomes...it is believable that they do it in the empty classrooms...what I found too difficult to comprehend is Felicity's wishy-washy attitude about her fiancee...and her unstable thinking about 'just having sex for the sake of having sex”. That didn't warrant well in my book. Granted erotic romance novel have a HEA or HFN ending, but Dawning leaves the question unanswered with a continuation in another novel about Miss America, AKA Felicity.

While her writing style was fairly impressive, I found too many character breaks with thoughts of Felicity, I am assuming her and finally realized this at the end of the book- but by then it was too late to save me from finding fault with this book.

When the auction comes closer, her sensual dreams become more than she can handle and she finds herself wishing her dream man would show up and sweep her off her feet. What will she do when the man himself comes to claim her: Heart, body and soul?

Jean-Claude LeFever is a dream walker and has searched for years for his mate and finally found her in Raven. With his seduction of her in her dreams driving them wild, he makes sure to come to Devon Falls and make her his for all time as time is running out for him and their love. If she doesn’t fall in love with him by midnight, Jean-Claude is destined to walk the planes of dreams for the next hundred years before finding his love again. Can he be able to steal her heart and make her his for all time? Or will it be too late for them?

Review:
The second in the Devon Falls series (having read the first, I couldn't help but scoop up more of Raine Delight's novels) and I have to say, this sophomore novel entertained as well as the first. Delight adds such colorful characters with the perfect romantic connection to keep my interests piqued.

Raven and Jean-Claude have a midnight dream dance of passion and lust before they even physically meet- oh, how dreamy is that- to see your soul mate before you meet. The elegant way Delight introduces the characters for the first time is fabulous- she wins him in a dog/bachelor auction. They know they are meant for one another and the moment they hit the sheets, the passion and heat explode.

Once again, Delight's writing style is balanced and believable with the exact amount of dialogue and written word to keep me harboring for more.

Remy Sommers has grown weary of his playboy lifestyle. He’s ready to fall in love and settle down. Problem is, he doesn’t know where to start. After attending his sister’s wedding, he takes her advice and contacts the 1 Night Stand dating agency – the same agency she used to find her new husband.

Bella Donna has had enough of blind dates. She’s always left bitterly disappointed. On the advice of a friend, she contacts Madame Evangeline, hoping her reputation precedes her and she can find Bella Donna her perfect man.

A mysterious invitation from Madame Evangeline leads them both to the secluded and exclusive Castillo Lodge in Alaska for a holiday event.

Will they get their happily ever after? Or will their first white Christmas end in disaster and disappointment?

Review:
White creates credible characters with Remy and Bella Donna as well as a plausible story line in Her First White Christmas. Granted the two fell head over heels in love with a few hours, but in reality this can happen. I delighted in the way White had Remy and Bella Donna meet- classic new age dating: Madame Evangeline and her dating service. And the idea of meeting and spending endless hours together in a secluded Alaskan resort- KUDOS for creativity Ms. White.

The fluid writing style of White is seen throughout the entire novel with a perfect balance of dialogue and 'digging' into the past of each main character. While he played a minor, limitedly seen, role- I'd love to see White expand on a love interest for Sebastian- the bi-roommate of Bella Donna and perhaps a delightful series featuring the never seen Madame Evangeline.

I look forward to finding more of White's novels to lose myself in for another afternoon.

She wants off the Nice List. He owns the Naughty List. Christmas Eve has never been so sexy.

Jack, the outcast cousin of the Claus family, has one job within the Realm of Christmas. He’s in charge of the Naughty List. Distributing coal, emptying stockings, returning gifts, that’s his bag—but it does have its perks. Some of the women on the List wait up for him on December 24th and he makes sure to deck their halls with every visit.

Cadence Harris did everything right in her life. Played by the rules, dated the “good” boys, said the right things, worked at the right job. But this year for Christmas, she wants something entirely different. She wants off the Nice List and in a big way. Never in her wildest dreams can she imagine what’s in store when Jack pays her an accidental visit.

The night will prove that Santa always delivers.

Review:
A Dark Elf? Really? WOW...that just blew away my childhood memories of the holiday. LOL. And damn that Dark Elf, Jack, for ruining Cadence's moment with her vibrator...sigh.

When this 'good' girl meets the proverbial 'bad' boy... the holidays will never be the same. In one word- WHEW! Sookoo takes the holiday ringing of the jingle bells to a whole new level in Off the List.

This is the first book of Sookoo's that I have had the pleasure of reading and I have to admit, I am hooked. Sookoo's writing style is clean and honed to perfection. The way she combines dialogue to the story is balanced and exactly the way I prefer to read. Every chapter flows, every interaction is smooth and she makes every word count in the story.

I have always been extra fond of holiday stories and the magic they bring to my imagination and I applaud Sookoo for Off the List. I highly recommend this book to every lover of romance and erotic romance. Sookoo leads the way with this holiday favorite of mine.

Heather has it bad for her sister's boyfriend. When her sister suggests a switch in the dark, the temptation is a seduction she can't ignore.

Heather adores her flighty sister's boyfriend, Mark. He's Mr. Right, and her sister is about to let him go. He's a catch, and Heather's only chance is to play out her sister's insane and wicked plan to switch in the dark. If she fails, she'll lose him to the throng of girls waiting in the wings. It's a winner takes all arena and seduction is the game.

Review:
Chase's dialogue, sincerity and connection with Heather and Mark is priceless. The way he weaves a tale of love, sacrifice (so to speak of Teri's wild oats needing to be unleashed) made Trading Up a fabulous read. The gentle way Mark takes the 'change' of sisters is so believable and written with precision and executed perfectly.

The way Chase has sisters Teri and Heather discuss the 'exchange' to the scene on the sofa between Heather and Mark, right down to the exposure of Heather's deception, made me want more of his writing. Chase's undertone of love shared between the sisters and, once again, Heather and Mark had me cheering for more. I wish the novel had been longer, only for the sake of wanting to delve deeper into the story.

Kudos to Chase for bringing such an enjoyable story to my vivid imagination.

Shea Grayson has loved hockey player Shane Stevens for two years. Their on again off again romance has driven her to the point of madness. When he texts her with instructions to meet him at the rink during training camp, she immediately goes, hoping that maybe things might be different. Will he ever give her the commitment she wants this time or is he too broken by his ex-wife to love her?

Review:
McClive's writing style is smooth, eloquent and definitely going to take her places in the publishing world. While in the beginning I was a little concerned with Shane and Shea's attraction and previous hindrance, it became clear as the story was told.

The link and prior union of these two made it easy to root for them to have a happy ending. While their past relationship played a role in them hopping into bed quickly, bypassing the meal to get back to Shane's place, I wish McClive would have used her terrific dialogue to build the tension more. The heightened anticipation was obvious and if McClive had reinforced or added more history, I would have fallen head over heels in love with this story.

I recommend this read and look forward to discovering more of McClive's work in the future. She is an author to watch.

Days before her high school reunion, Kelly reconnects on Facebook with childhood friend, Nevaeh—a woman who, rumor has it, has lived a life straight out of some erotic novel. And, Kelly has a lot of erotica on her ereader! Ménages, slave fantasies, strangers and BDSM are all included in the stories Nevaeh has to share.

This sexy, world traveler incites Kelly to forge a friendship unlike any she’s ever had before. She never knew a shopping trip could be so educational, especially in an adult store. With her head spinning and her panties damp, Kelly embarks on a crusade to reignite the passion her and her husband, Nate, once had with a few new toys and other surprises. When he surprises her by being a more than willing participant, she decides to test a few boundaries, push a few limits...

Kelly becomes determined to find out if her old neighbor is right, if paradise can be found within your own four walls with the man you married. But, what happens when Kelly’s husband finds out about all of her time spent with Nevaeh? What will happen when Nevaeh’s husband, Hayden, comes into town for the reunion? Will her marriage be in trouble, or will things go further than Kelly ever dreamed they could go?

Review:
This is the first book I have read by Abby Hayes and to say I was intrigued with where the story was going is an understatement. I was expected a little girl on girl, perhaps a menage but a full fledged partner swamp and orgy...I was tickled beyond belief.

Hayes built believable characters with Kelly and Navaeh, Nate and Hayden. While I was a little skeptical with Nate's ease into the partner swamping and light BDSM of spanking, I found myself saying, “sure, why not? A husband can have a fantasy like that too- as long as commitment and loyalty are evident”- which they were.

The only obstacle I found within the confines of the story was the length of the chats. I would have like to see more verbal interaction between the women, instead of a chat box scenario. I think a telephone call in there would have added to the females' connection even more.

All in all, Hayes approach was fun, lively and gave a little insight into how a couple can re-kindle a romance by introducing safe avenues into their love life.

Desperately unemployed, Arianne, answers an ad that reads 'Woman Wanted'. With miniscule hours and excellent pay, she accepts the position of courtesan to Derek, a handsomely dashing man, whom she finds out is a billionaire. Engaging in a game of cat and mouse, will they drive each other crazy…or will they fall in love first.

Review:
A Kept Woman has just become one of my favorite books I’ve read this year. I know I’ve got several but from the blurb alone I was intrigued and had to know what happens next. When a blurb can give you loads of questions you are dying to know the answers too, you just know it has to be a good book.

The basis of a woman signing up for the job as a paid companion whose sole purpose is to please her employer and this develops into a love match may sound a little predictable but I can promise you, in my opinion there is nothing predictable about A Kept Woman.

There is a lot of sex within the story but I found it in no way distracted from the main overall story line.

Arianne starts of using all of her feminine wiles to lure Derek into falling in love with her becoming the ultimate catch as he is a wealthy man. The balance here changes when she suddenly realizes she doesn’t want to trap him or catch him but simply give him as much pleasure and all of her love possible.

I thought this was a wonderful story taking on a premise I thought could have been tricky. Excellent writing and wonderful character and as far as I’m concerned a keeper.

Review:
Raine Delight had me scooped into this story. Now, keep in mind I rarely read paranormal novels but this one had a touch of the holiday spirit, which I do love immensely. The characters Jenna and Marc are so believable, lovable and the dialogue and connection are superb.

The history of Marc's family is explained, credible and written beautifully. I also enjoyed the secondary character of Raven, who adds an enigma touch to the story. The links between Marc and Jenna and Raven are brilliant and I got in-depthly in touch with Devon Falls. I am thrilled this is a series and look forward to Book 2.

The young widow Mrs. Alexandria Prescott enjoys her untainted reputation. In private, however, her sexual appetites know no bounds. She finds a fitting partner in the notorious Kane Huntington, but when the jealous young Earl of Rowan discovers their game, will he expose them, or join them?

Review:
Living in Victorian England wouldn't have been bad if delicious rogues like Kane Hunsington and Brent Rowan were part of the picture.  Widow Alexandria Prescott returned to the Ton a year after her husband died hoping to slide back into society as a respectful woman.  But thanks to a wonderful writer, Kristabel Reed, the widow found happiness and kink in a time when sexual prowess would have been a huge no-no.  Not only did she find her sexual match with a wicked rogue with a reputation for loving and leaving women of all ages, she found a delightful lord wearing velvet and silk with whom to enjoy many a long night. I couldn't stop reading this wonderful tale of sex and wicked desire. The characters truly came to life through wonderfully written characters who shared their trains of thought at will keeping the reader entranced and yearning for more. Ms. Reed's descriptions of gowns, attitudes, and social events showed a tremendous amount of research that ensured historical accuracy.  I will definitely be looking for more from this talented author.

On assignment to cover the wedding of millionaire businessman, Alexander Iannou, Cassie Reynolds doesn’t expect to be accosted by his partner, the enigmatic, and devastatingly attractive, George Constantinou. True she may have gatecrashed, and yes her paper might be a gutter rag, but Cassie won’t let little things like that get in the way of a good scoop. If George thinks he can intimidate her he has another thing coming!

George has no problem removing Cassie from the wedding or making sure she leaves town. If he has to take care of those details personally then so be it. The fiery reporter needs some lessons in manners, and it seems that George is just the man to give them to her

Review:
Getting her Greek is the sequel to paying her debt. I read the first book and loved it and now this book is an amazing combination of hot sex, wonderful characters and a great storyline.

Cassie Reynolds is a reporter who gatecrashes, Alexander Iannou’s wedding, George Constantinou falls in lust with her from the moment he sees her but has no problem escorting her off the premises. The chemistry is instant between these two and the rest of the story takes you down their path to finding love.

I have to say this book goes from hot to smoking very quickly. I love how Emma Shortt manages to keep me intrigued to know what happens next between these two characters. George is Greek and possessive and the way he falls for Cassie is pure class.

This is a keeper and will not disappoint anyone as it has everything; a full figured woman who’s confident with her body, a hot intense Greek and a great love story.
