Dr. Wilhemina Brock has always tried to keep her private life separate from her work, but when the new nurse on staff catches a glimpse of her tramp stamp, she’s coerced into spilling the story behind it. Will her revelation open new doors, as well as release her from her inhibitions about the tattoo?

Review:
Dr. Willa was in the doctor's lounge changing ready to go meet her husband Schy for dinner when another Doctor saw her tattoo on her back. Willa proceeds to tell the story of her tat and how she met her professor husband who makes her see she can do anything she sets her mind to.

The book was OK for me. It is a short story about a man and woman who both lusted after each other and things start to happen. I wanted to know more. The story ended way too soon. The writing was good and characters were pretty decent, but the story was too fast and too short.

Cass Abernathy is forty-three and she's getting a second chance at life, and maybe even love. She's finally divorced, after years of abuse, when she learns an unknown uncle in Oregon has left her his estate, and more importantly, his house. Filled with hope for her future and excited to have a place of her own, Cass heads west not knowing what she'll find.

What she finds are hot and sexy twin brothers intent on making her a part of their lives. It's too bad they're so much younger because they bring out feelings she's never had before.

Meanwhile, there's someone else interested in Cass' inheritance, and he's willing to do whatever it takes to make sure he wins.

Will Cass overcome her fears and open her heart to the two men who love her, and will she discover the truth about her inheritance before it's too late?

Review:
Cass Abernathy is heading into middle age, divorced recently from an abusive spouse and she has no self-esteem. She feels unattractive, has the normal negative appearance view of herself and is not looking for love when she moves to a small town after inheriting a ramshackle of a house from an uncle she never knew about. Tossed between foster homes throughout her life, all Cass ever wanted was a place to call home.

Twins brothers Matt and David Carlisle have a special connection and both feel an effect from Cass. She is the woman they want...to share. She is the woman they've been waiting for. But Cass seems quite skittish, withdrawn and not interested.

Her uncle's attorney, Oliver, is making Cass leery and she tries to pull away from him as the story evolves. His presence, constant attention and words to detour her from the brothers really bothers Cass.

Cass is very interested because the brothers bring out a person she never knew she was or could be. The brothers court her. Cass' past fears cause the brothers to work a little harder than they had hoped to win her love and heart. Cass' inheritance bring to light a nice scandalous and riveting storyline problem. This little dilemma adds quite a snafu to the storyline. Martine adds the perfect amount of suspense and perplexity to the plot when she wrote these scenes.

The novel is erotic and Martine fulfills the definition with an abundance of menage scenes with Cass and the twins as well as personal time with each brother. The scenes were beautifully written, very descriptive and left little to the imagination. Martine's writing style is superb and she makes the characters likable so you're rooting for their love.

I highly recommend this book. Martine has definitely won over a new fan with me. Her dialogue made me feel compassion for Cass, at a few points I was almost yelling at Cass to watch out for Oliver and I was seconds from breaking into a sexual sweat with the scenes she created with Cass, Matt and David. I won't spoil the ending, just be forewarned, you will fall in love with this story.

Caroline Davis White is a well-known artist and married to a wealthy, controlling man. She has everything money could buy except one thing: Love. Brad refuses to give her a divorce she so desperately wants. With no money, family, or friends, she flees to the Catskill Mountains where she spent her summers as a young adult.

Mike Foster has achieved success and made more money than he could have thought possible, but it destroyed his marriage and cost him his son. He is wary of every woman he meets, knowing his money may be more attractive than his good looks.

Caroline reconnects with the life she had and friends from long ago. Mike stepped out of her teenage dreams into her life again, looking more handsome and tempting than ever. Caroline knew Mike back then, but is he still the man she fell in love with?

Review:
Artist Carolina Davis White is stuck in a loveless marriage. After years of feeling trapped and stuck, she runs away from her cheating husband and his money, which he uses to benefit himself. She finds herself at the family cabin in the solitude of the Catskills and reconnects with old friends including Mike Foster. Finding peace, obtaining her divorce and falling for Mike are in Carolina's future. But alas, watch out for that selfish husband, Brad. If ever a man needed to be knocked down a notch, he is a prime suspect.

Mike is dealing with his own loss, his son years ago and all the money he's made over the years mean nothing to him without true love. Add in that he's wary of all women, who may be after his money.

If you're looking for a sweet, sensual side to romance, this is the book for you. Take the beautiful and charming Catskills, add in love, friendship and romance and this book will grab you in. I was drawn into the storyline immediately and Joachim's dynamic writing style, dialogue between Carolina and Mike is so remarkable. The love grows with each scene creating the love all women cherish and desire in life.

This is one of those “What-if” novels that many women will relate to. I highly recommend this novel and challenge anyone who reads not to find a little of his or herself in the characters experiencing love lost returning from the past.

Allison Hamstead thought it was love, finally, after all the years alone, someone loved her in spite of the fact she was fat! Not that her size had ever kept her from being successful, but it had kept her far from personal relationships. She’d heard all of the fat jokes ever told, all of the things people in her office said behind her back, and she didn’t miss not having a boyfriend, or dates every weekend. Did she? But now she was in love and she couldn’t wait to introduce him to her best friend, Sarah. And what a mistake that had turned out to be! It wasn’t long before the love of her life and her best friend were living together and Allison was humiliated.

Starting over is never easy, but Allison is determined to do so and moves far from Chicago to the warm waters of Biloxi, Mississippi where she accepts a position at one of the floating casinos. For the first time in her life, Allison feels like she’s truly at home. She loves her job, she loves her boss, who is like a father to her, and she loves being a part of all the excitement going on around her. Except for one little thing.

Her boss’s eldest son, Stephen, is probably the most handsome, gorgeous, and sexy man she’s ever laid eyes on…and he knows it! And for some reason he acts interested in her. Then her mother comes to visit and winds up dating her boss. Her accounts start showing large amounts of money missing. And her ex shows up unannounced and says he wants her back. Can anything else possibly go wrong?

Absolutely!

Review:
I thoroughly enjoyed One Good Man by Rie McGaha but was frustrated by Allison and her horrible opinion of herself. You can say that this character definitely got inside my head and under my skin. Not in a bad way mind you, but I wanted to reach in and just gently shake her a little bit and tell her she was beautiful and to enjoy Stephen's attentions.

Ms. McGaha does a wonderful job of blending in suspense as well as romance and causes one to feel as if she is on the riverboat along with the Captain and the crew. Ms. McGaha's writing style catches the reader up in the story and has them begging for more with each and every page. Realistic dialogue, well developed characters, and a story that touches the inner being of who every woman is. What a beautiful, crafty subplot Ms. McGaha wove with the older characters and their story is just waiting to be told. You will find yourself cheering for the hero, wanting to strangle the heroine, and loving everyone else.

While this book is categorized as erotica, it truly is a love story that has the reader hanging on to see if Al can conquer the beast inside her head long enough to sample Stephen's amorous attentions.

Sasha Forde has hung up her thieving stillettos, but a visit from a mobster sends her back to her old life. In order to save her family--and herself--from jail, she must steal evidence hidden in a lawyer's office. She sets out to do what she considers a simple B and E, but someone else has arrived first. And he holds her life in his tattooed hands. Not for long.

Niko Davaris is all about revenge on the man who tried to kill him. The evidence he stole is the first step in that direction. He's not thrilled to wake up with a gun to his head. The woman on the other end is cocky, smug and too damn hot for her own good. He wants her, she wants the evidence. When she takes it and disappears, he gives chase. Battle lines are blurred as they give in to temptation, but on a ride like this, someone has to come out on top. Who will it be?

Review:
Sasha is in the duct work above the office of a lawyer. She is about to hop down into the office when three people dressed in black come in. She stays put and watches the item she is wanting walk right out the door. Before they leave, she gets a look at the main man, Niko. She vowed to get even. She needed what they just took.

She followed Niko and he awoke to her sitting at the foot of the bed with her gun aimed at him. She got what she wanted and left him behind. She really liked what she saw and wanted him, but she had a job to do.

Niko had a job to do, as well. He followed Sasha the next day to a warehouse. They ended up having some racy and exciting moments. Niko took Sasha with him to his hide away, far away. What will happen to the package they both want and to the job they are both committed to?

I enjoyed this read as the characters and setting were both well written. Sasha, Niko and a few others really bring the story to life and you feel for both of them. I was rooting for one and then both and back to one all throughout the book. I wanted to know what the job was going to do to both and if they could have some type of relationship as well. They both fell for one another, but their jobs were coming first.

Sasha’s character is wacky, strong, loyal and, overall, a wonderful character. She was my favorite.

There are some hot scenes; nothing tacky, just sensual.

I say this is a must read.

Heather adores her flighty sister's boyfriend, Mark. He's Mr. Right, and her sister is about to let him go. He's a catch, and Heather's only chance is to play out her sister's insane and wicked plan to switch in the dark. If she fails, she'll lose him to the throng of girls waiting in the wings. It's a winner takes all arena and seduction is the game.

Review:
Sisters Heather, the plain one, and Teri, the gorgeous one, are nothing alike. Teri wants out of her relationship with Mark and to be free while Heather would give anything to have a man like him. So when Teri offers Mark to her sister, Heather is shocked but agrees to the one night swap.

Mark, oblivious to the sisters plan, settles into his normal routine after work (a drink, lights off and waiting for an amorous Teri to perform sexual acts on him). But on this night, Heather replaces Teri and Mark is enthralled with the sex and attention. The hot sex scene is vivid and Chase shows his writing style.

When Mark realizes what has happened, he and Heather talk it out. They come to the conclusion they are meant for each other.

Chase catches the tone and emotions of the heightened sexual moments between Mark and Heather. The addition of the open communication (something lacking in every day life sometimes) is forefront. Chase packs a wallop in his writing style with descriptive scenes and dialogue. This was the first erotic romance novel I read, written by a man and I must say, Chase has quite a talent, intense mind and creative viewpoint.

I highly recommend this erotic short to all lovers of erotica and romance. I look forward to future novels by Chase. He packed a powerful punch in this short erotic novel.

When Cassie Douglas unknowingly arrives at a sultry tropical island resort where the sole business is to provide the perfect pleasure fantasy, Cassie finds it difficult to overcome her inhibitions and join in the fun.

Ryan MacKenna isn't about to let the feisty red-head disrupt his life or his business. He lives firmly by his set of self-imposed rules which keep business and pleasure very separate. But from the first moment he meets Ms. Douglas, he is in danger of breaking every rule.

Review:
Cassidy Douglas gets a vacation paid for by her best friend Sophie. She doesn’t know where she is going until she opens up the letter on the plane, as Sophie requested. Cassidy was livid. She did not want to go to the remote island. As she was thinking, she was looking around at all the other women who were going to the same island. They were sharing their stories about the fantasies the island offer to all the women.

As the plane landed, all Cassidy could see was hot men barley dressed greeting all the women. Some acted like they knew a few of them. Two men walked up to her trying to escort her to the resort. She calmly explained she was in the wrong place and needed to get the first flight out of there. After arguing with the men for a bit, a tall handsome man appeared behind her and explained the plane does not come back for a week and she is stuck there. She was mesmerized by the man she named Zeus.

After arriving at her room, which she hated to admit was very nice and cozy, she fell into a deep sleep until she heard Raphael in her room. She was startled until he started explaining why he was there. At first, Cassidy did not want to be at the resort; she did not feel comfortable there. One night at the club changed her life for ever.

This was a wonderful erotic read. Cassidy and Ryan, the owner of the resort, were a fun pair and he pulled her out of her reserve. Cassidy was scared of being hurt and did not want to open up. Ryan brought her out of her shell in many ways. The characters were well written and the island was easy to picture from the descriptions from the author.

I wanted to know if Cassidy was going to get over being timid and who she was going to hook up with; if she was going to have a happy ending. A nice romantic erotic read.

Stephanie Simon was more than ready to have her most secret and sinful fantasies fulfilled. And the thought of having a torrid affair with David Tyler took her breath away. Unfortunately however, Stephanie and David have never met. Introduced by a friend, they've only conversed via the Internet, where they tell each other their every hidden fantasy. Stephanie's is a wicked tryst on the back of David's motorcycle and a ménage. And as luck would have it, David has the perfect third in mind.

Fueled by Stephanie's hunger to explore, David sweeps Stephanie off her feet with a wild ride across a pool table in front of his friends and a ménage that leaves her engine revved for more. But both David and Stephani hold a terrible secret. As they learn about their tragic pasts, neither knows if they can cling to the other for support and find the love and forgiveness they need.

Review:
Stephanie Simon’s first date with her internet lover plays havoc with her nerves. Trusting again has not been easy, but with David Tyler she finds she wants to give herself completely without holding back. Sexy banter from the moment she meets him keeps her off guard and the reader begging for more. Deciding to be carefree and uninhibited for the first time in her adult life, Stephanie craves his attentions like a withering plant craves the sun. Knowing that David plans on fulfilling all of the sexual fantasies that they had shared while chatting for months causes Stephanie to be on pins and needles, not to mention slightly uncomfortable in her feminine clothing as she anticipates what is to come. David Tyler’s character has the power to be dominant, but is equally gentle and relentless in seeing that she is sexually taken care of multiple times. Introducing her to his friends brings out the wolf in him along with a side that she was not expecting.

David Tyler and his sexy Harley Davidson motorcycle are just the pair needed to bring Stephanie to ecstasy. He is pure sex on wheels and has just the right amount of charm, decadence and masculinity needed to send any hot blooded female over the edge. At times, I thought he would be more demanding and found myself disappointed only to turn a few more pages and be blown away by his boldness and requirements. I fell in love with him from the first glance. Can Stephanie overcome her past to pursue more than just a casual weekend of great sex?

Ms. Dayne’s knack for writing sexy, realistic, mouth watering dialogue and descriptions keeps the reader focused on this couple, rather than on the areas that needed more careful editing. Having reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy, I am certain that these omissions and errors will be caught before final publication, but if they aren’t, beware that they are slightly annoying. They don’t deter from the powerful story being told, but detract you from totally enjoying it while you determine what exactly is being left out or erroneously being referred to. I will definitely be reading more of this contemporary erotic writer and her powerful story lines.

Serena Dammler is recovering from a savage beating and needs protection. Cowboys and lovers Marc Weller and Tony Estabon are taking jobs as bounty-hunters, and their newest assignment is to capture her attacker and return him to Texas. They take one look at Serena’s fragile beauty and decide she’d be the perfect third to their family.

Serena’s always dreamed of catching herself a rich man, and she’d do just about anything to make that dream come true. She’s not going to allow herself to fall in love with her two cowboy protectors, no matter how sexy they are.

Marc and Tony want Serena as their third, but they want her love to be real and not based on their bank accounts. So what will it hurt if they take her to a little cabin on their ranch and pretend to be simple cowboys?

Review:
Catch Her When She Falls was an amazing read. Serena was known in the town for being a trouble maker and a slut. All she ever wanted was to marry a rich man, someone who would take care of her. Her latest victim was Cass, a woman who escaped her ex-husband after beating her. Cass was in love with twin brothers whom Serena wanted as well. Serena makes a call to Cass's ex brother-in-law to get a message to her ex-husband. Little did Serena know the man was coming and coming to see her to get more information about Cass. When Serena would not tell him where she was she got beat up pretty bad. Marc and Tony come to the aid to help find this ex-husband of Cass's and bring him back to Texas. They were about to find a big surprise in Serena.

I love this book for several reasons, the characters were all well written and the information about the places in Texas sounded correct. Marc and Tony are easy to like from the very beginning. It just goes to show you should never judge a book by its cover and never listen to rumors that are not true. The racy scenes are tasteful and well written. A little on the hot side so be prepared to fan yourself.

Becoming parents wreaked havoc on their intimacy, but would their love be strong enough to survive and get their sex life back on track?

Julie and Ray, a young couple, trying to bring some semblance of normalcy back to their lives after the birth of their son, are finding it exceedingly difficult. And while Jayden is the type of child young parents dream about, his arrival has created a potentially devastating rift between his parents. Will their love and commitment to each other be strong enough to bridge that gap and get their intimacy back on track?

Review:
New parents Julie and Ray are still in love but since new son Jayden was born, Ray is having a difficult time comprehending that Julie is the same woman he fell in love with. He views her now as a mother first, wife second. His emotions are high strung about inflicting childbirth pain upon her and believes he'll get her pregnant again and fears that outcome.

Julie is so much in love with her husband, and desperately horny. She's physically fit and attractive and ready for some action. She just needs to figure out how to seduce her husband. With the help of her sister, Ann, Julie embarks on a night of temptation by dressing provocatively and having a romantic dinner.

Halfway through the meal and Julie's purposeful sexual acts, Ray realizes she is the woman he wants, needs and desires.

Holden captures the couple's love and desires to perfection. Every married couple can relate to the lack of sexual release after the birth of a child. Experiencing the same circumstances in my life, made me recall how my husband and I communicated this concern. Holden touched the surface with Ray's worry but never had the couple really discuss why he was hesitant. The HEA ending was sweet as Ann brought Jayden home the following morning to discover the duo appreciating each other. Perfect way to wrap up the story and their love.

I recommend this book for erotic and romance fans as well as parents of small children. It will help difficulties of the same dilemma in their relationship.

It's fascinating how everything yummy seems to come in plain brown wrapping. Indistinguishable. Just like the naughty little toys that Trista Rogers orders for research for the erotic books she's writing. Hand delivered goodies brought right to her door from her fantasy lover in chocolate brown - the UPS man. The dark cocoa hunk, Al Weatherby, has been on Trista's hit list since he took over her route. Sometimes she orders from the internet just to tease him with her long red hair, creamy skin and naughty clothing. Sadly, she's never tried anything with him. Until one blustery fall day that is. Asking him to join her for a frosty drink, their afternoon together quickly turns erotic. They both know they want more. Or do they?

As Trista plans another sinfully delicious event, another driver appears. Nearly devastated, Trista has no idea what happened to her fantasy man in brown. Fortunately, she quickly learns that the best surprises come in six foot something discrete brown boxes delivered right to her doorstep. And Al has brought his own special basket of toys this time to help Trista round out her research. With copious rounds of hot sex, a little voyeurism, and bodacious amounts of experimentation, come see why the best treats always come in plain brown wrapping.

Review:
Erotic author Trista Rogers has more on her mind than writing lately. It involves her special deliveries from her UPS delivery man Al Weatherby and her plain brown wrapped packages she keeps ordering. Every day Trista waits for Al and her packages, and every day this luscious man slips away...that is, until today. Trista has plans to sway him inside, seduce him and have some of the hottest sex of her life. Of course, only if Al agrees.

To Trista's surprise, Al is agreeable and ready for action. The best delivery Trista gets is directly from Al. After a sultry afternoon in bed, Trista anxiously awaits her next package delivery from the “toy” store and Al. When he isn't the one bringing her newest toy, Trista thinks she's overstepped the boundaries and that Al is gone; when in reality he was called away on a family emergency.

The next day Trista receives a very large special delivery. Al and his amorous body. They spend the day and night exploring each other and playing with her extensive toys.

Dayne has a way of producing fabulous characters, credible story lines/plots while adding humor into it. While I smirked throughout the entire novel at the heroines antics, the final line of the novel made me laugh out loud and applaud Dayne's wit and precocious writing style. She captures the essence of attraction, love and affection while producing some sensual scenes in the bedroom.

Review:
Brittany Cox is dating a man, David, who has everything. That is everything but one fantasy. He wants to make love to her while his three friends watch. With his birthday coming up, Brittany decides to give him a one-of-a-kind gift. Her naughtiness comes out as she plans the ultimate night full of sex and fantasies.

David and his friends are taken to a local strip club, where Brittany has, with the assistance of club owner, Tim, prepared a special night for David, his three friends and the rest of the audience. Moments after arriving David is upset with the location of his birthday night and when the masked and mysterious stripped begins pawing him and turning him on, David is concerned what will happen when “Brittany” finds out.

He learns of Brittany's plans only moments before his three friends are called up to “turn her on” for the birthday boy. Once she's ready, David and Brittany fulfill his fantasy as the entire patronage of the strip club watches and cheers them on.

This is a very steamy read full of great, descriptive sex scenes. Men and women would love this sampling of menage between Brittany and the three friends. With a line like, “He impaled her with one swift thrust...”, how can you not completely love this book.

Dayne doesn't miss a beat with the character development, plot and progression of the story. She makes the characters believable and hits the mark with the happily ever after ending.
